So many things - it wouldn't be Christmas without our traditional dinner, but I think my favourite thing to eat has to be our "Christmas dinner toasties" that we eat on 26th December - a tradition in the family for over 30 years now ... not just a bit of left over meat, but really, a little of everything - potato, sprouts, stuffing, even gravy! We even put a portion of dinner aside for "tomorrow" before we start our Christmas dinner - one year there were no potatoes & no stuffing left & the toasties were just wrong without them!!

My favorite Christmas goodie if my best girlfriend;s sugar cookies. She takes the time to intricately decorate each one so they are as pretty as they are tasty! For a real treat I have them with dark chocolate cocoa with a little vanilla creamer added-oooh sooo good!
