My happy little moment is when my 10 year old daughter insists on waving to me in the morning from 3 different windows. She blows me kisses as I drive by the house on my way to work. She does this even when she could be still in bed catching a few more minutes of sleep. But she just has to wave good bye to me each morning.

My happiest moment today was when my daughter said, "I'm really being good this morning, aren't I?" She is not a morning person and made a real effort not to be crabby today. I know how hard it is for her because she gets that trait from me!

Happy is my one little word. Today my happy little moment is in the 55 minute yoga class I took. It centered me, gave me balance and awareness. It reminds me to live in the present and choose happiness.
