Welcome to Project Life | Week Ten.
Each month during 2013 one of my Project Life weeks will be using the Studio Calico Project Life kit.

Here's a closer look at Week Ten:
The sequins are growing on me. I attached them using the Tiny Attacher or mini-silver brads.
I loved journaling some things that are making me happy right now inside the design on the black 4x6 card. For journaling on the black 4x6 card I used a Gelly Roll pen from Sakura. I did a post awhile back that showed a few other white pen options - check that out here.
Loved the stamp set designed by Marcy Penner that includes the "heart this" and the "the best" arrow (included with the kit).
"Let the adventure begin" is also from the stamp set.
One thing I also noticed in looking back on this spread is that I used the white space on my photos a couple times to add accents and journaling - the thing I did different was I didn't fill that space up entirely but instead added just one sentence or a couple words (writing directly on the photos using American Crafts Precision Pens).

So enjoyed seeing Anna with the horse. Along with cats, these are the best creatures. Horses can teach us so much & give us so much love.

Beautiful layout as always! How do you select which photos to use each week? I follow you on Instagram as well and know you have so many great pix to choose from each week? I find myself trying to fit all my pix, have a hard time eliminating, end up with mini collages but then my layouts seem too busy to me. Any insight or advice on this process would be wonderful!
