I seem to be completely opposite of most commenters. I spend WAY too much time on journaling (sometimes much longer than it takes to put the page together!) and would love to simplify, but can't think of what to really leave out of my lengthy journal posts. I need HELP (if that's not this course, then maybe someone could come up with something similar.)
