The code just worked for me and I was able to download the files. The space to enter the code is in the shopping cart section at the bottom.

Did you do something different to make it work? I've tried using different browsers and still not working.
I wasn't typing the code in correctly, it's "aewitl2013". I missed the "L" the first time I tried.
