Welcome to Katie's Project Life® 2013 | Weeks 39 through 48 .

In an attempt to get caught up with sharing my weeks, I am going to be posting only the full page spread. I recently just photographed about 3 months worth of my weekly layouts, and this part 2 of sharing them here. You can click on the photo to see more detail.

Weeks 39 and 40 | The left side of this week is going to be dedicated to wedding photos once I get around to ordering/printing them. So I just stuck a few cards in the pockets to remind me what I want to put there. The right side is photos from our week long honeymoon at the Oregon Coast. I decided to go with no embellishments on these photos, just to keep it simple. I'm planning on adding in an insert, that will include the longer story of the wedding and our honeymoon.

Week 41 | This week was my first week back to work after all the wedding craziness. It was our first full week at home with our new puppy, Charlotte. She has been so much fun and is such a good dog. This kit includes bits and pieces from the Cuppa Studio Calico Project Life® Kit. Our best friends from high school got engaged this week, and we are so excited for them!

Week 42 Week 43 | Here is another spread where I split it up into two weeks. The left side includes some photos of a trip Ali and I took to Nashville, as well as the card my friend gave me (with a bottle of my favorite Prosecco!) asking me to be her bridesmaid. I also include some of Ali's Hello Life Banners. I printed them all out last year, and keep them in my drawer when I need a simple embellishment. Love those! That awesome card with the  gold foil stars is from the Blue Note Studio Calico Project Life® Kit. The right side was a week that I had a very bad cold, so I only took a few photos. The "hello" wood veneer card is from Two Peas In Bucket.KJ_WK44_

Week 44 | Here is another little to no embellishments week (playing catch up = keeping things simple). I had so much fun including some cards from the Midnight Edition designed by Liz Tamanaha. Liz, you are amazing. The "You Bring Me Such Joy" is from Ali's Label Maker Stamp set.

Weeks 45 and 46 | For some reason I kind of stopped taking photos of anything but Charlotte (new dog owner problem) there for a while. Thankfully I snapped a few when we went to visit my mother-in-law in Central Oregon. She lives on a beautiful piece of property that overlooks the Deschutes River. It's definitely an adventure when we go over there, and a lot of out-of-my-comfort-zone activities. I'm an indoor girl. But I always come back from there feeling thankful. The "A Perfect Day" is something I cut from a card that was included in a Me and my BIG ideas Pocket Pages™  card pack. This particular package is the You Are Awesome Specialty Cards. It includes a combination of gold and silver foil, as well as glitter. So fun!

Week 47  | Oh hello soft pinks, blues and greys. I love you.  This spread includes cards and embellishments from the Sugar Rush Studio Calico Project Kit® Kit. SO many cute things in things included in that kit. I especially love the chipboard banner stickers, and the die cut paper banners. KJ_WK49

Week 48 | This week includes our Thanksgiving festivities and the first day of December. I started a Decemeber Daily™... and never finished. I felt a little overwhelmed with having to catch up on both Project Life® and December Daily™, so I decided to combine them. This week took me about 5 minutes to complete because I just took the photos and pages from my December Daily™ album and stuck them in the new pockets. Hello convenience.

So glad you told us that you never finished your DD. :-) I have "done" DD for at least 3 years and never finished!!! I do get a lot documented, though, just lose steam at the end. And this year was especially difficult because of Project Life, too! Good to know I'm not the only one!

What a perfect way to "catch up". That is why PL...pocket scrap-booking is so awesome to display our life!

That's what I did with my December Daily album this year too! All 9 kids were home for Christmas (6 that were born to me, 3 that are children of my heart. :) My husband had a major surgery. I took some pictures, but that's was all. So glad that memory keepers have such great inspiration now. It makes things so much easier! :)

These layouts look great! I love how your pages flow, and how you use the softer colours throughout! And I'm another person who bailed on December Daily this year... I printed a heap of bits and pieces, but never quite got any further than that!
