2014 South America Expedition With ScrapMap

This fall I’ll be traveling to South America with Jim West of ScrapMap for what I know will be a crazy awesome adventure and you’re invited to come along.
I’ve previously embarked on organized memory keeping trips to Italy (2011), Ireland (2012) and most recently to China (2013) with Jim and all of the trips have been amazing. The people, the places, the conversation, the friendships made along the way.
Here’s a few details about the South America trip:
A boat journey down the AMAZON RIVER to the Ceiba Tops Lodge, a private lodge in the middle of the rainforest.
Visit the incredible ruins of MACHU PICCHU.
Optional cruise to GALAPAGOS ISLANDS.
Two memory keeping workshops along the way.

South America - can you just imagine what an amazing journey that is going to be:-)) Beautiful.
If I win the lotto I will definitely be there!! Until then I will keep saving to be able to make my dreams come true.

Ah this would be an amazing adventure...however the time is challenging to accommodate. Can you arrive for the end of the trip and then journey to the Galapagos? Just can't manage that many day's away from school and student needs.

I've been to both Machu Picchu and the Galapagos, and I lived in Ecuador for a bit- for those of you going on the trip, you will love it! I wish I could go but it's not in the budget or timeline this year! :) Have a great time and I can't wait to see the results!
