I love your writing style Ali and am always super inspired by you. I would love to take this class to further encourage my story telling, and to show me different ways of doing so.

As part of the focus for my OLW project this year, I am challenging myself to take some risks to reclaim my confidence in areas that are not part of my expertise. I don't know anything about Photoshop, and am hesitant with new software. For instance, I would love to learn how to insert the vertical line in text. Sounds silly when I write it down, but that is part of my personal challenge--to figure out where I am and where I want to be, and not feel "silly" about it. Thank you for your generosity in offering opportunities for others to work on their goals.

i love to peek inside your creative process and never do i get so much scrapbooking done as when i am enrolled in one of your classes. i can't wait to learn about adding type directly to photos and also how to mix different fonts. thanks so much. i really do hope you choose me!

I would really love to learn how to combine fonts for titles/subtitles, I can never get the pairings right - I want a clean, simplistic style with impact, but can never get it right. I'd also love to learn how to get journalling in and around photos in the 'easy' looking way that I've seen - if i try, it looks like I've just plonked a load of text on top of a photo and it looks clumsy!

This would pull me outside my comfort zone! I would like to learn a new creative process. I like how you add type to photos and your titles are awesome. This would be fun. Thanks for the chance!

i am in love with type. i would hope to learn how to use type in a creative ways that TELL my stories better on my project life spreads. i want to get more comfortable MIXING type while not overpowering my photos !!! & i would love to find a way to use my handwriting that feels like it fits my style.

I like doing my PL, but I struggle with getting the story in there. I'd love to learn to do that while incorporating different fonts that will reflect the feeling and the story that I'm trying to tell. Thanks for the chance!

I'd love to feel comfortable mixing fonts to help tell the story. Usually I just use a title and little blurbs for a photo. It works, but it gets boring. I've even started leaving off the title. Time for a little inspiration!
