To bring people in with the title, but not have the title be overbearing... does that make sense?
I want the titles of my layouts to flow with the layout.
    Thanks for the chance!

I would hope to learn what is at the heart of my stories by playing with type and what words to make big--titles, keywords, etc. Technically, would like to have a better sense of what I'm doing and why something that "feels right" works, so I can get to that point faster next time! Thanks for the chance to win!

I'd like to learn why sometimes type 'works' and sometimes it doesn't. What is easy on the eyes for reading, but awesome for the design aspect.

I have done multiple photo books and scrapbooks in the past and have always struggled with fonts. Right now I'm currently in the throes of a project 365, taking a photograph every day for a year. I am working on a family yearbook as I go. I have found the hardest thing for me is FONT!!!! What type to use to add to my story, what size, how to mix it up, etc.... Fonts are just hard for me. So I'm hoping this workshop will help with my "font insecurities". Looking forward to learning from you Ali!

I think I'm in a bit of a rut, reaching for the same formula with all my storytelling. A breath of fresh inspiration will be so appreciated.

I'm always fascinated watching you put a layout together. I have such a hard time figuring out what looks good together on a page, the overall balance or design... That's what I'd like to learn most - along with everything else you'll teach us, because it's always awesome :)
Thanks Ali for the workshop and for the giveaway!
    Happy Easter! :)

I've only been scraping for a year or so,
So the things about type that I'd like to know,
Are really the basics about which one and why,
Will help make my pages more pleasant to the eye.
I'd also like to learn how to pair them as well,
And how they can help with the stories I tell.
This class looks jam packed with information and fun,
I'm sure I'd learn so much if I won!

Two things for me above all others: 1. Titlework. Drawing the viewer in and supporting the intention of the page. 2. Words as strong design elements. I'm a very linear scrapper and I need to stretch in this area. I love fonts and own a few commercial ones. I'm pretty comfortable with pairing different font types and weights. I just need to amp up the creativity!
