31 More Things Begins Today

Happy September! Just a quick heads up my 31 More Things workshop begins today.
This workshop includes a collection of 31 new prompts, presented over the course of the next 31 days, that invite you to tell stories about your life via a single word as a jumping off point. Emphasis in this class is on simply practicing your storytelling skills using some of my favorite techniques and getting over your fears of putting words on the page. Some of the single-word prompts include: home, passion, color, cook, paper, mess, etc.
Registration will be open until next Monday, September 7th. At that time the bundle option (for both 31 Things and 31 More Things) will go away (students who have purchased either 31 Things or31 More Thingswill continue to have access).
Also, all kinds of fun stuff is happening with December Daily®. You can check out the initial details, including all the mini-kit designers here. Pre-orders will begin on Thursday, September 3rd.

Hey Ali, I really want to do this class, would you suggest doing 31 things before 31 more things? Or the order doesn't really matter?? Thanks :)

Hi Amanda,
I'm sure you want the official AE opinion, but if I may chime in...31 Things was so awesome, and the format is a simple daily prompt that you can take in any direction. It doesn't build upon each day, so I think you could take either class first. Maybe play along with 31 More Things, and then do 31 things later?
The JOY in this workshop is two-fold: 1) watching Ali's process is always a creative experience, and as usual, she gives so much in the presentations. And 2) my own little book from the first 31 Things is like a time capsule! I only did the writing portion, but I wrote deeply, even for topics that I initially thought I wouldn't have much to write.
All that said, I hope you join in!

I LOVE this idea, thank you!! It will be really nice to get these stories captured. Will there eventually be a kit for 31 Things? Specifically, I would love to have the grey strips of paper for the titles to keep it all consistent.

Hi!
I love the idea of this, but my September is so full right now that I don't have the time to do it. Can I purchase the bundle and then do them on a self-paced basis in eg November or January?

Absolutely! Once purchased they remain in your My Classes section and you can access the content at any time.

Yes - we will run it again as a live class first and then it will be offered self-paced.
