CKU-A sample & a weather report.

A couple people asked to see a sample page from my class last weekend. This is one day out of seven. We used these cool Scrapworks albums that have page protectors with individual pockets. I called them canvases - they were perfect for my vision of what I wanted for this album.

And...the weather here is AWESOME. Yesterday it was 71 degrees. It is supposed to be about the same today. I have my doors open to outside. Lily is coming and going. Hoping to maybe do some work outside on my laptop this afternoon. That is if I can get through the piles of things all over this room.

I got a call from the Regional Autism coordinator yesterday afternoon to schedule another evaluation - this will be an educational evaluation to determine the level of services he will qualify for...just one thing after another. She will also be visiting him at school on Friday morning so she can get a sense of him in that environment. It is going to be very interesting to see what her determination will be...there are so many kids who are much worse than Simon. He has really been chatting it up with me since I got home. Three word phrases and asking questions...like "where Thomas?" He also seems to be repeating me a lot more. I guess we will just wait and see.

Got the new issue of Country Home. Love it. Eye candy.
