oh ali! that's what i've been doing all day...taking pictures of me. we are so simpatico. ;)
actually, they're for an SS assignment. but once i got started--with the photos and the layouts--it was nice to get into me. the photos? there were some good ones, many so-so ones, and a few "get rid of those now before anybody sees them!" ones. hmmmm... what a nice day.

Love that quote, Ali...so much to think about. That's my favorite part of checking your site everyday---you always make me think, make me stop and take stock of my life...where it is, where it's going, what I'm doing with it, am I living it to my full potential. So, for that, thank you! I will take your challenge and hope that I end up, as you say, LOVING one of them. A big challenge since I usually hate every photo taken of me...way too critical of myself, guess it comes from years of poor self esteem. I will challenge myself to see it differently this weekend...let you know how it goes!

Hehe! I did this today in the mirror. i discovered that it is quite fun and entertaining to make silly faces in the mirror! Kinda feels vain though...Carly Simon kinda vain. good fun.

So very strange that this is your challenge today, I took about 40 pics of me in front of the window today just for fun! (Thank God for digital cameras, so I can get rid of the "heifer" pics before a developer or anybody else can see them!!!)

Did this just a couple of days ago...liked one so much I made it my new sig photo on my own blog and 2 peas. Decided that I was going to say something nice about each one of the photos I took of myself, even if I ultimately decided to delete some. I deleted all the ones where the best thing about the photo was the color of the new paint in my studio...It's hell trying to stay positive! Love your thoughts on living simply...I try to stay harmonious with mother earth...the hardest part is doing it while raising 3 kids on the go. The best part is when THEY keep me in line! hugs to you.

I admire you faith in life, in yourself, in your family, in Simon. I admire that you are real and that you hold yourself accountable to maintain reality. I am going to take you up on your challenge. I will post at the end of the weekend with the one picture that is better than the rest.

ok, so I tried the photo challenge!!! I had to take loads of pics before I got one I liked!!! And the good thing about it was, it made me realise I need to get my roots done!
