Been awhile. Been a bit distracted with this and that. You know how it goes. Here are some of the things that are making me happy right now:
æ : Hanging out with Elsie at CKU and seeing the pages she put together in her hotel room. Um, can you say amazingly creative and cool and hip and all that good stuff.
æ : Picking up a sweet book called CardART by Emily Falconbridge & Stephanie McAtee at that awesome store in Kansas City (Urban Arts & Crafts).
æ : Loni has a blog.
æ : My sister Jessica has a blog. You need to post more.
æ : I am going to Hawaii in four days.
æ : Chris is doing the grocery shopping tonight.
æ : Creating two-page spreads with tons of photos.
æ : Knowing that I will never, ever run out of photos to scrapbook.

Thanks for making my day. I just shipped all of my pictures 30+ years worth over to Singapore. I was at first very happy to have them, but later was feeling overwhelmed by the sheer number of them. Your post made it clear.
I am now happy because I WILL NEVER run out of pictures to scrap :-)

I ran out of pictures once. It was awful. I had made a goal to have everything doen by a certain point - and I did. It's a weird feeling sitting down to your scrap space and realizing that your life is done, up til now. At that point digital wasn't big- so I had to wait a week before some photos came back from processing! Utterly Bizzarre- may I never be caught up again!
