Made me laugh...

Found this funny photo on sweet Elsie's blog this morning and it totally cracked me up. She took some shots of me with my A Week In The Life album at CKU-A • love that album. Love all the people that I met this year because of that album.
Woke up early this morning and I am attacking my list and my piles. Man it is nice when it is QUIET around here. Thanks for the positive thoughts and posts. I think I felt better after sending out my thoughts into the cosmos last night. LOL. Crazy world we live in...
Also, I know some of you wanted to know more about my "Scrapbook-on-the-Road" project from The Netherlands. I am going to use the album and the concept for an upcoming Studio A column (my new column that begins with the January issue) in Creating Keepsakes. Look for the "Scrapbook-on-the-Road" topic in the beginning of the year.
And if you live in the Portland, Oregon area you can come visit me today at Joanne's in Hillsboro from 3pm-5pm (or tomorrow at the Tigard store from 3pm-5pm). I will be playing around with some of the CK products that are available at Joanne's.
Peace.

I would love to see your travel album. I did one for my trip this past summer. I wrote in it everyday and added memorabilia collected from that day. When I got home I added pictures. I love it. I think is is one of my best scrapbooks!
Looking forward to seeing your column in CK.
Thanks for sharing!

Oh glad to hear today is a little better. Deep breaths. Lately I have really been feeling that way. Then I just do something totally not required of me. Makes me feel better. Like reading your blog! Not required but a little down time :) Ohhh can't wait to see your new column! Come back to No Bare Pages soon! As if you don't have anything else to do LOL

That's what I was thinking about the second you left the castle last Sunday: I totally forgot to ask about your work-in-progress! But Anouschka saw it and told me a bit about it ;) From her description (I won't give any spoilers...) it sounds fab and I can't wait to see it in CK!
Gosh, you're doing demos today already? I have soooo much respect for you and your loaded calender...
Take care of yourself,
Hugs, Nancy

Damn! Too bad I didn't know about Joann's earlier. I'm headin' to Portland this afternoon for a bank function. Unfortunately, I've got no wiggle room in the schedule to pay a visit. So how 'bout I'll wave from highway 26 as I pass by?! Have fun :)

Hi Ali,
So happy to hear that you are feeling better about your work-load but hoping that you will find some time to breathe. 'Swiss Cheese'... that is what my Dad would say to me when I got overwhelmed... just do the most important stuff and let the little things slide through until you have time. I still say it to myself when I get frazzled. Swiss cheese, Baby!!
Oh, and belated Happy Birthday wishes - turning 30 felt so good for me - I hope that you have had a chance to celebrate your birthday at home too.
Best wishes,
Alexandra
