Took a photo of our Advent calendar and printed it directly onto white cardstock (I use a wide-format printed: Epson 1280). For the snowflake accent I used a Heidi Swapp mask - painting white right over the top onto a transparency. I cut out two additional snowflakes for accents. Journaled around the edge with a Pigment Pro .03 from American Crafts. A bit of tape from Heidi Swapp for the tab on the top edge. Rub on from Basic Grey. Rub on stitching is Distressed Effects from Dee's Designs.
Our Advent calendar came from Pottery Barn Kids a couple years ago - I am sure they may have something similar again this season.

I loved the 8 Principles. That was just too much fun and really made me want to get off my ass and start something!! Well, I am not not doing something, but it is always nice to get that extra push to keep on going!

Thanks for the great tip on the Eight Principles website. I checked it out and found it to be just what I needed to get me out of my rut. I've also decided to make mini gift albums out of the eight principles for my friends to keep on their desks at work.
