Scrapping & Santa.

Busy today scrapping for work and visiting with Santa. He found some sweet stuff for Simon today.

Hope you are having a good day - keeping it simple - and if you need a pick-me-up I highly recommend a gingerbread latte from Starbucks. Had one last night and all I can say is mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Peace.

I'm just collecting ingredients for the Starbucks Gingerbread Loaf. GL are the best, aren't they?

Just had a GB latte today! There is a Starbucks in the Target. I am in heaven. Shopping at Target for my 19 month old while she is with me because she has no idea what I am doing, while drinking Starbucks. Doesn't get much better!

I LOVE the Gingerbread Latte's. I discovered them last year and even bought my own huge bottle of gingerbread syrup from Starbucks to make my own here at home. :D :D
Makes me want to drive and go get one, even though the closest Starbucks is about 45 mins. away. :D I can make mine here.

Funny, I'm just working on a Starbucks layout, because I NEED to stop there everytime I see one in the US or like last week in Londen, UK... But I'm sure it is better for my waist line that we don't have Starbucks in the Netherlands... I'm sure... :(
And now I'm really regretting that I didn't try that Gingerbread Latte... but I do have great memories about White Chocolate Mochas :)

Hi Ali: I really enjoy your blog. I'm having a hard time with the holidays this year; not entirely sure why but it's been hard and sad for me. Your blog cheers me up and that's so great. It's helped me to stop and enjoy the moment. I think your writing is fabulous and I really love hearing about Simon. What a fantastic little boy. I have a little nephew, Mason, who is 20 months and I can relate about how cool it is when they do something that makes you stop in your tracks and say, "man, this kid is cool!"... So, i'm rambling but just wanted to express my thanks for keeping up with your blog. There are so many people to pick up with it...

AHHHHHHH... I live nowhere near a Starbuck's but just the mention of it sends such tantalizing smells through my mind- I can almost taste it! Gingerbread?? Chocolate Nog??? and all i get this morning is Maxwell House with International Hazelnut FAT FREE creamer... does that count for anything?

I mean, we dont even have a starbucks within a 4 hour drive:( But we do have a great coffee shop.....I wonder whats in this gingerbread latte that we could make it here??? Any ideas? Is it syrup, or is it spices?

That has become my favorite latte - with one pump of white chocolate mocha for that extra taste bonus! Definitely mmmmmmmmm!
