Cool stuff : layouts and a father's day album.
Tags:Morning! Hope you all had a great weekend. We had awesome weather here yesterday which made all the previous days of rain bearable.
For the month of June I created samples for two different monthly kits. Both offer something completely different. The first is from My Favorite Memories. Totally cool kit with tons of different stuff included - I swear I could have made at least ten layouts with all the supplies they included. Here are the samples I created:
Loved the super bright colors in that Urban Lily paper.
The second kit is from Concroption. The supplies in the kit were perfect for a Father's Day Album - so Chris gets his present a bit early this year. Everything I used on this album was included in the kit with the exception of the following: floral stamp from Fontwerks, Dark Brown ink from ColorBox, paint from Making Memories, and letter stamps from PSX (have no idea for a source on these - they are the old (and WONDERFUL) printer's type.
The album that comes with the kit is from 7gypsies. Rather than using it simply as it was packaged, I cut the interior pages to create the stacked look.

Oh wow--these pages are just some of your best yet,I think--the way you used the paper and mixed all of your stuff along with those photos--I could just sit and stare at it for awhile--what size layout is that first one? Is it a 2 pager stacked?
Also,the album, is well, divine..

I love everything-you are such a creative woman. I wanna grow up and design like you.., Love your use of mulitple photos on the layouts-super cool. Sorry it's raining in your neck of the woods. Must have followed you home from MI-it has been in the 90's here. We have no AC at home so I am not a happy girl...at least I can escape to the store..

These layouts are so cool! Simon has the most precious little smile.
On the Father's Day book, is the swirly thing on that layout a stamp? it does not
look digital this time. I am looking for that type of stamp.
