What is your happiness today?

my goodness...will you make it thru 121 comments to mine! lol...my happiness is a good friend dropping off a bouquet of beautiful flowers for my 40th birthday. what a great surprise....simon is a total DOLL by the way.

1) My down comforter
2) My new issue of Simple Scrapbooks magazine
3) My son's smile
4) My husband making dinner for me because I had to work late

The feeling of the sun on my face, a gentle breeze, watching my sons play in the sprinkler and knowing that God above must truly love me despite of myself.

happy that i got off work a few hours early and had time to go window shopping and enjoy the beautiful minnesota day.

Watching my Daughters school assembly. I could cry with pride!! 26 little 6 year olds with pom poms dancing to "Hey Mickey" Smoke machines and flashing lights...but oh so much happiness and fun. My Daughter speaking in front of the school, just set me up for weeks!!

This is karma...
MY happiness today-
Celebrating 15 years of love and joy with my soul mate. Remembering the past with sadnessa and joy at how our lives have changed so much of that span of time.

My happiness today? Receiving the news that my yearly mammogram was normal, followed by shopping/dinner with my sister and my two grown daughters, who enjoy being out in public with their Mom and Aunt, even tho we're old!

I would have to say my husband coming home after a long week at work, knowing that tomorrow we celebrate being married 22 years!! Being happy with what we have walked through so we can look back and be proud of ourselves for working so hard to be where we are.

My oldest son left the 8th grade yesterday and is now officially a high schooler. I am so digging the young man he is now, and the man I can see him growing up to be. Very cool stuff.

Random Acts of Kindness gives me such joy. I love giving to others and seeing the joy in their faces.

Had a chance to snuggle my new little grandbabygirl this afternoon, while her mommy was sadly saying her 'good-byes' to her passing grampa. Babe slept soundly against my chest and momentarily opened her eyes to look at me and smile... before drifting back to sleep (6 wks old). P.R.E.C.I.O.U.S.
And the circle of LIFE goes on...

Walking 10 kms on the treadmill at the gym today for the first time (afer I had spent 30 minutes working out with my trainer)

The elderly chap next door invited me to join him and his old friend (lady) for lunch today. I couldn't believe it when his old friend turned out to be my school teacher from 1973!!! How wonderful it was to catch up with her. (I had to remind her that she had smacked me around the legs with a wooden ruler for chatting in class LOL suddenly she had alzheimers hehehe)

a little late getting on the puter and checking out all my favorite blogs but my favorite joy today: grandma was out of town and couldn't watch my son Aidan while i took my 1 year old to waterbabies class so I took Aidan with me and paid for him to come in the water too. I was a little apprehensive about how he would be while I was with Anna but he was so awesome! He played in the water while Anna and I had our class... he wouldn't come out in the deeper end with us but played on the shallow steps by himself and talked to people as they came in...he was such a good boy... i was so proud of him and am constantly reminded of what a wonderful boy he really is.

So much happiness if you take the time to experience it!
Today my happiness was:
* Watching my sweet 3yr old boy learn to swim.
* Coloring & having a wonderful lunch with my husband & son.
* Writing about my 5K race this past Sunday in my blog and experiencing it all over again in my mind.
* Buying new scrapbooking supplies.
