What is your happiness today?

Holding my friends baby girl who is only 4 weeks old. (I have two boys so it is nice to hold a pink baby ;o)

Ok so the baby is not actually pink.... but she is a girl baby.... LOL.... I think you know what I mean. ;o)

my hubs coming home today after a week on the road!!!!

Watching my sons learning to toddle and finishing a 90th birthday card with glitter. Everything looks better with a little glitter! Have just discovered your blog, love it and check it every other day.

My happiness for Thursday (since Friday hasn't really had a chance to start yet) was waking up to the rain on the roof and having that rain coninue all day; sometimes pouring down in buckts. I love that. Another happiness was my happy mail. A new Circle Journal all eager for me to add my splash and dash. And lastly, you're sparkly blog that I lurk in daily. You are really an inspriation and that makes me happy too.

my happiness so far today is a moment with my children and my dog where we were all sitting together watching Clifford. Just taking a moment in o ur hectic morning to snuggle together.

Just my youngest being such a little angel this morning after being so awful first thing. Just as you think it's going to be a really hard day he suddenly becomes the gorgeous, affectionate and cute little boy he really is. Long may it last

My happiness -
getting to visit with my mentor for a few hours. She and I got to catch up and talk about some different things and I got to hold her sweet little holler monkey baby. :) Ahhh :) SO cool about Simon! He is one cool dude, isn't he? :)

I'm late, but my happiness is seeing my husband smile at me when I get in the car after work. People think we must hate sharing a car, but if we didn't, I wouldn't get to see that face first thing after walking out of my office, now would I?

My happiness so far today is sitting here in the quiet, reading my favorite blogs, and drinking grape kool-aid. Don't know why, but I love the stuff.

85 yards of ribbon arriving in the mail yesterday for a swap made me smile and enjoy the moment - colors, textures, smell. Happy Friday everyone!

Keeping this baby "in" another day -- I'm on bedrest following preterm labor last week and every day he stays put means a day sooner we can bring him home. Our oldest was a premie, too, and our second threatened to be, and we know going home with full arms instead of heavy hearts is much much better!

Realizing this morning that I know exactly what Evan needs now on those days that are just a little tougher.
What a great confidence boost for us this morning :)

my happiness yesterday:
1.seeing my 13 year old off to school...she was in a new outfit and was feeling so good and sassy because of it, appreciating that sometimes that's all it takes and 2.laying down with my 7 year old at bedtime, really being there, not falling asleep myself or wanting to go do something else, just soaking life up and enjoying the moment that his eyes stayed closed and his breathing turned heavy

my sister is here from Portugal...staying most of the summer and getting married!!
oh and my art journal...one page DONE :)

Well, I'm going to answer for yesterday---since it was when you asked ;)---
Happiness arrived in the form of one daughter's joy at just one more day of college classes followed by one final next Wed. before her graduation!
More came when my 11th grade daughter with a night full of homework projects with friends came home at 9:30 all finished rather than later (or needing to stay up most of the night...!)
The best is always when I get to curl around my husband at bedtime and warm my feet up on his calves...
