Because of so many of your generous hearts this year,
Tags:I was able to make a large donation this evening to Cure Autism Now. Read below:
Sitting here at my computer I am overcome with emotion once again for the goodness, the kindness, the wonderful nature of all the scrapbookers I have met over the last year at events around the globe. Thank you for entrusting me. Thank you for supporting me. Thank you for believing in the power we each have to help one another and make a difference in our world.
Thank you, especially, for cheering on Simon through all his challenges and triumphs.
From the bottom of my heart, I thank you.

No Ali thank you. You have the ability to inspire others thru not only your work but the voice on your blog. I am always entranced by the stories and pictures of Simon. The way you capture your "little dude" is absolutely amazing. I am inspired to create the same heartfelt magic on my pages of my own "little dude" by your art. You rock Ali!

I know a family who had 4 challenged children. The Mom used to say that God sent them to her because he knew she would take good care of them. I think God sends his special children to special parents. Simon is so lucky to have you and Chris. Maybe your scrapping fame is part of God's plan to help Simon and other children with Autism. Keep up the good work!

Ali, I get tears in my eyes reading your beautiful posts and feel as if I know you, Chris and Simon. My grandson, Coy, also lives with a form of autism (PDD) and my daughter and I both find inspiration from your posts. Thank you for you generous donation for all the children like Simon and Coy. My daughter and I are walking on behalf of Autism Speaks in March and hope to be able to raise some money as well for these amazing kids. Thanks again for all you do ~ Nancy

You are a wonderful woman, Ali, for all you do! I have a special son myself, and everyone tells me that God made me his mother for a reason, because I am the best mother for him. I don't always feel that way though; I very often feel very overwhelmed. BUT...when he needs advocating for, I come out fighting like the mother God knew I could be!
I read your blog all the time, but don't comment very often. I have to say though, that you always seem so in control-I admire and look up to you. And this post just gave me another really great reason for why I do that!
So...thank you!
Lauri
