I am so excited for you to be able to have this break with your family in wonderful Disney World! I hope you have the time of your lives! It's so neat seeing a Disney scrapbook "Ali-style"--I hope you'll allow us to see more when you're back from your trip and settled in your new home. I, like many others, am always looking for fresh ideas to scrap our many Disney trips.

i love simon's book. i need to make one for my littlest one when we go to grandma's and grandpa's. such a cool way to show them what to expect!

Thank you so much for sharing Simon's story book!! We're getting ready to fly cross country (home to Eugene, wheeee!!!!), and I was trying to figure out a way to prepare my 3 yr old (also autistic). I'm going to make one now and make a copy for his teacher to use with him!

That book is just THE coolest! How awesome for him to be prepared - all those things that are out of his element, but will be familiar from the book. That teacher is the best :)

This week the parks are still dead, so you should have little problems with lines. Bring a jacket though! It's nippy in the morning and evening, pleasant during the day.

That book is awesome. Seriously awesome. I have 3 cousins with autism who, along with their families, had to struggle with people not understanding their needs or blindly trying to figure out something that works for them. Things seem to have come a LONG way in the past few years. Ali, it seems like they've got things on the right track. This is so important. Anyhow, many blessings and well wishes.
