Hi, Ali! My biggest photo struggle right now is that my computer freezes when I try to view folders with lots of pictures in them. It's hard because it will get very tempermental and I won't be able to find the pictures I want. I've started saving them all to DVDs and having to load a DVD in order to see the pictures.

My biggest photo struggle is taking too many and not having enough time to scrapbook them. Also trying to find them on the computer afterwards.
PS. Love your blog :)

Good morning
I would love this book. I am about to give up the hobby because of my issue with pictures. I will get an idea for a page and the thought of having to go look for the photo that I had in mind will stop me everytime. I still take the pictures, they just do not get scrapped. This book may be the inspiration I so desperately need.
Thanks

My biggest photo struggle is managing all the digital files- having the heart to delete the less-than-great-ones, getting them printed, and then finding someway to effectively store them and back them up. :)

Taking to many photos and not taking the time to delete the bad ones. This results in 20,000 pictures on my hard drive. I really want to start deleting as I download them. Easier said than done.

I have a difficult time with choosing the size to print my photos. I usually just print all 4x6 and then when I actually put them on a page sometimes print a larger size at home or order the larger size then.

My biggest photo struggle is regarding organizing them on the computer properly and especially backing them up regularly. It's a tedious, timely task that takes a lot of organizing and discipline!! I try to put my photos on a separate portable hardrive (a firelite) and i also put them onto a DVD. You can never be too cautious when it comes to our precious photos.

My biggest photo struggle is knowing whether to print out a hard copy of all photos taken or just as I need them for a project?

Giveaways are good. Photos are good. Not enough time or organization to put them on pages is not so good.

Getting them from the computer to the printer seems to be my worst struggle. I get distracted with just being on the computer. Kind of like RIGHT now!!

I take WAY to many pictures and develop WAY too many as well. I also need a better way to organize all my pictures. Right now I throw all my non-scrapped pics in a photo box, but I am looking forward to learning a new system.

My biggest struggle is being happy with the photos that I have and using them. So often I see everything that is "wrong" with the photo and can think of many reasons not to scrap it. I need to get myself in the mindset that these are memories whether the photos are "great" or not.

My biggest problem is committing to a photo org system and sticking with it.
I don't know the best way to store/backup photos on my computer (or on CD/DVD) OR the best way to store/organize printed photos . . . so I try one thing, decide it's not working, try something else.... and I end up flip-flopping between systems ..... and in the end, I just end up with everything in multiple messes.

I would have to say my biggest photo trouble would be printing and organization. Now that I have gone digital I have minimal pictures printed... I really need ideas on now to organize my computers on my drive.

Wow, that's a big one. I'd have to say that other than the obvious struggle of actually printing my digi photos off, the organizing them on my computer is daunting. I should journal more, or even get a blog, so I can have my memories written down and go from there. Hey, maybe that's just what I need to do! Thanks for exploring this topic, Ali!!

Yikes...we all want SJ's book:-)
My biggest photo struggle is having the photos I want to scrap printed the size I want to scrap...I never know that until I'm actually scrapping, so that freezes me from actually developing them.
Looking forward to Julian's ideas!

My biggest photo struggle is printing my digital photos. I love to take photos, but I lose steam when it comes to getting them off my computer and in my organizing system!
