My biggest struggle: I need a system! A system for when I take them off the camera--choosing what to keep, filing them somewhere I can find them, choosing what to print, filing them where I can find them to scrap them, etc. I know this book is exactly what I need!

My biggest struggle is backing up my photos. Do I really only get to choose one struggle? I have many, but I'll stick with that one. :)

My biggest struggle? Taking so many photos and keeping them straight. I think I have it down and then I change it and then change it again. How to organize them so that I know exactly where to find that one great shot that I remember taking, and put in the place so that I will know where it is when I am ready to use it...
    Thanks Ali.

My biggest struggle is printing/displaying all of the pictures I've taken that didn't make it into a scrapbook. There are still some awesome pictures, so I need to figure out a more creative way to store and display the pictures I still want seen not just left on my computer.

I love taking pictures so I have a MILLION of them but they're all stuck on the computer. I haven't gotten pictures printed in almost a year. Ever since my twins were born....a year ago this next Tuesday! I also love to scrapbook, but it's kind of hard to do when I have no hard copy pictures to scrap...

My biggest photo struggle is that I want to take Interesting Creative Compelling photos. Right now I try to take bunches of photos (thank goodness for digital) because out of the many, I hope to capture one or two beauties. I want to be able to See and Sense what might be a wonderful photo and I want to See and Sense how to frame it and take a wonderful photo.

My biggest photo struggle is getting an "in the moment" shot. My kids don't react well to the smile for the camera and I have a hard time in framing an "in the moment" shot. Kind of a catch 22.
I can't wait to see this book.

It seems that I have the same problem as many of the other people who posted...printing digital pictures. I just never get around to it. I try to motivate myself by reminding myself how much fun I have will all of my brothers and sisters when we sit around my mom's house and look at old photos. Printing pictures is definitely one of my goals this year.

taking digi pics, downloading to computer, but then getting behind on (simple) editing, deleting, and uploading to photo site. Like a year behind!
i worry about backing them up...
would love to take Stacy Julian's Library of Memories class at BPS based on her first book, because I also struggle with feeling behind...but not sure how to transition from chronological to non-chrono. And my older Creative Memories albums can't be taken apart and switched to my new American Crafts albums.
eeks! But I am having (belated!) fun putting together my clear Daily December album. Thank you, Ali!

My biggest struggle with photos is using the imperfect ones! I see so many beautiful photos in magazines and when I go to scrap, I can't bring myself to use the 'not quite in focus' or 'outfit not coordinated' photos...

    My Struggle: ORGANISATION!!!!
Finding a system that works for me... something better than the current random bulk printing, followed by being over whelmed by the sheer stacks of photos and finally feeling defeated and "filing" them ( mostly still in the developers envelope) in the bottom draw...
Tell me there's a better way!

1my biggest photo struggle is having so many kids to take pictures of (8) and wanting to be sure to get photos of all the relationships, dynamics etc. I'm always taking pics of everyday life, but always seem to miss one or two kids, an interaction etc. I'm always trying though!

Hmmmm....the biggest problem would be all the half started and not finished picture organization systems. So not only are they not organized but now they are in several different places. Someday....
I can't wait to see Stacey's book though. Maybe THIS is the year I get organized?

I have thousands of negatives that I am trying to scan in as I have time. Many are older from the 30-40 era and I wish it were cheaper to send them off but not when you have this many. I always gave away my photos never keeping any for myself. now I need to make copies.

My biggest photo struggle is I don't have enough confidence in my photos. I just have an old point and shoot and it doesn't take the best pics. I often finding myself wishing I had better photos for my scrapbooks!

    Hi Ali!
My biggest photo struggle is knowing how much to crop or cut out when I plan for layouts. I have this tendency to keep as much detail possible in the photo and try to squeeze all of them into a layout...I'm getting better at it but my old ways always seem to creep back in. :)
