Hello Flu.

I hope your family feels better soon and I pray you are spared. We just got over the flu...not fun. While we were not feeling well I did find a little video on you tube from the backyardigans called Top five favorite backyardigans songs- for a few minutes it brought some joy. That sounds like my weekend too! My boyfriend and I spent the day in Urgent Care as well.. he had a fever over 104, cough, head ache and body ache. I'm praying I don't get it either, so I'll be sure to add you in with mine! :) Hope everyone feels better!

Oh Ali, What a drag! I spent several hours there yesterday with my 11 year old. He has hyper-inflated lungs but no pneumonia so I think that's good.
You are so sweet to let people know you will be away.
We will keep you in our prayers and especially that Simon doesn't get so sick. 104 is really high for an adult. Hope he's getting better quick.

Soooo sorry to hear the flu bug found your house. I survived but I believe it was because the Tamiflu medication I started early & the anticipation of receiving the book from you. :)

It's so hard when everyone else is down and you are on your own! Drink lots of Vitamin water to stay healthy! I work with children and I swear by it!! Take care! Hope all are well soon.

Dear Ali,
Through away their toothbrushes!! People forget how contaminated they get and use the same one when they get better and it can start all over again. Get cheap ones to use now and then when your patients are better throw them away, too, and start over with fresh ones!

Didn't quite have the flu, but just got over some yuckies here. Best wishes (that you don't get sick!) and speedy recovery to your boys.

It's that time of year, isn't it? Don't forget to take care of yourself and stay rested (when you can!) while you take care of your family! (My kids think there's nothing worse than a sick mama!)
