Hi Ali,
What a great giveaway
My favorite thing about scrapbooking is being able to look back at all the wonderful memories we have created as a family. We tend to sometimes forget the little things that happen but with scrapbooking we are able too.

My favorite thing is that my daughter and granddaughter have started coming over once a month and scrapbooking with me. I've got so many supplies that I'm enjoying sharing with them and spending the time scarpbooking and sharing memories of old photos.

Right now I've been trying to incorporate Stacy Julians memeory library into my scrapbooking. So right now I've organized all of my photos. My favorite thing right now about memory keeping is being able to find the photos I want to scrapbook and being able to find several different ones in a flash to use together!

right now my favorite thing about memory keeping is just that...the memories. With every page I scrapbook I'm remembering the small things and the big things that have happened in our lives. I love that each time I pull out a photo or browse through my layouts I have different thoughts and feelings about the person or the event. It keeps me appreciating the people that I love because I am constantly thinking about them.

I have been looking through lots of old photos of my kids and making amazing connections about things from the past and how they relate to the present. I just found a photo of my father with my youngest son when he was small and I am going to use it on a layout of a recent photo of my father with my son who is now 16. So cool!

My favorite thing about memory keeping right now is just knowing that I'm not just doing this for myself or for my kids but for generations to come. I know my family really appreciates the work I do and I'm sure my great grandchildren will to!

Where does the time go, if I had to do it all over again, I would have kept a journal. There just never seemed to be enough hours in the day..working full time and raising two boys now 26 and 24. Along with trying to catch up on their childhood, I am not scrapbooking a 4 yr old grandson who warms my heart all over again.
The circle of life...isn't it grand!

Hmmm, my favorite thing? Usually I'd say it's the storytelling. Visually, with words, with elements, papers, it's all about the storytelling for me.
Right now I'm excited about the CPR retreat coming up. Looking forward to bringing my photography to a higher level.

Hmmm... right now my favorite thing about memory keeping is the memory MAKING. I love making beautiful fun and exciting memories, and memory keeping makes it that much more special. The idea of knowing that these will be perserved for years to come in a great feeling!

My favorite thing about memory keeping is that is catches our world at that momement and it gives us a timeline to see the change as we move through the world.
I want my children to remember me as I am at this moment, not how I remember myself years from now at this time. Especially since you change so dramatically as you age. I am so more relaxed and in tune with the world today than I was 10 years ago. But I wish I had scrapbooked back then because there is so much I was working on and now I've mastered so many of those items. I also find myself thinking about my own parents now that they are past their 60's for Mom and into their 80's for Dad, that I wish I knew how they were at my age. I want to leave that for my kids. So they don't have to guess how I was. I am trying to do a book about myself each year to highlight those things as well as our normal everyday and big event items.

I love this kit!! It's awesome. Probably my favorite thing about memory keeping is recording all the things I seem to forget. Nothing gives me greater joy than to look back and reminisce. It's the best!

I enjoy putting our pictures onto pages for the family to enjoy, but for me being artistic with paper and other scrapbooking supplies is the best part of memory keeping, a way I can give a piece of myself to each project.

I've been combining my love of art journaling, scrapbooking, and collage and recording my family's summer memories in a Moleskine sketchbook. Pasting, water colors, crayon, WHATEVER... No hardcore expectations of myself to create a masterpiece. I'm just doing it. Fun project.

Remembering the moment. Reliving it, like it was just yesterday.

Wow this is beautiful!!
I like to keep my memories close for many reasons, but one of the main reasons is an outlet to get away. My life (like everyone's) is very hectic with work, 2 disabled kids, a husband that commutes 2 hours one way to work, etc and it is something i can do for myself that will also benefit my family.
Thanks for the great question!

My favorite thing about memory keeping right now is the unphotographed bits and pieces. Like my daughter saying "Mommmy! To get that tough stain out, you need Oxy-Clean!" Or my 18 mo. old singing the Elmo song and my 6 year old losing/swallowing his first tooth at lunch while on vacation! These memories bring a smile to my face!
