I've been tossing around a minibook idea for the grandparents for Christmas. I am still in the planning phasem but something to showcase the highlights of their grandkids year, and that they could set out...

I am working on my first mini-book project - birth announcements for our new daughter who was born this past Saturday. I have been admiring your mini-books for months and they have provided the inspiration to do this style of announcement. I have slowly but surely been putting the elements together, and now that she is here (and we know that she is a she!) I am really excited about putting them all together.
I would love to have a copy of your new book, in the hopes that one day I will have a basket of mini-books of my own.

My sister, who doesn't scrapbook, just had her first baby. I would love to make a mini-book of him for her.

I am planning a mini book about our day a the Bengals game. It will be for my DH who was so excited to take his family to a Bengals game. I took a ton of photos to document the trip. I am gathering supplies and I am going to begin as soon as I get the pictures printed.

One of my favorite mini-books is one that I am working on right now about our most current family reunion. I had it mostly put together before the reunion and now I am just putting in my photos.
Thanks for the contest!! I love your stuff!

I made a mini-book about my pregnancy including ultrasound pictures and all my feelings along the way. Now that my daughter is 9 months old, I love looking back on it - seems so long ago!! Good luck with the new little one growing inside your belly!!

Can't wait to add another book to my AE collection!
My favorite mini's are the ones from summer vacation that I make while on vacation. I take my portable printer and only one small box of materials. I work on my mini at night and then share it with everyone on the last day before we leave - people love it and look forward to the mini I make each year.

My favorite mini-book is one I created about my deceased mother-in-law. Although she never met her grandchildren, they can "know" her through this mini-book. I am so proud of it and my children love it!
Congratulations on your pregnancy. I wish I could go back to those days again. My baby is 9 and barely lets me hug him anymore. Time goes way too fast!

My favorite mini book so far is a tiny chipboard album I made of my favorite Scripture verses. No pictures, just some pretty paper and words with a little ribbon closure. Quick and fun.
I'm now planning a scrap as you go type mini album for my upcoming trip to China with Heidi Swapp!

I've only done a few mini albums so far...the most special one was one I made for my Mom with photos of all of our immediate family, even the pets. It's fun to look at it now and see how we've changed.

My DH and I collect Christmas ornaments from our travels. I made a cute little accordion album with pictures of the ornaments and where we got them from. I love pulling out that little ablum even when it's not Christmas.

Love the thing you do, have all your books :) But mini albums are just great. I always love to make mini albums with little envelopes in it or secret hidden journals or what not. And I'm currently starting with a rolodex, scrapping the things that happens just around the house.
Thank you so much for the contest, have a great day.
How are you feeling by the way, no morning sickness?
