My favorite book I made is pictures of my husband with our boys.
I worked on it when he was at work and gave it to him on Father's
Day. While searching for pictures to include in the book I realized how little I had of us (mom and dad) in the photos. Going forward I started to take more pictures that included me or my husband.
Congratulations on your new book. I know it will be great.

I have 2 favorites, completed ones that is. I did one sort of like your 'summer is' album, using the D Reeves (*love* those) and the other is an everyday album using nothing but envelopes (another super fab idea from you, incorporating the everyday with the envelope idea). Plus working on a mini album of my daughters ninth birthday, we did a backyard carnival party and my sister (whose studying photography) took over 750 pics!! I'm love, love, loving mini albums, this book would be great inspiration. Thanks for the chance to win!

A few years ago, I made a mini album called "within these walls" about all my memories from our church - growing up there from first grade on, meeting some of my closest friends, loving my high school youth group, getting married there. It's one of my favorite books I've ever worked on. :)

My favorite mini book was one I made for my husband while he was in Iraq. It was full of poems and pictures and little things that are meaningful to us.

Oh my gosh - YES!!! I got married, well we *eloped* yesterday on our 6 year anniversary though we are marrying with family & friends in 5 months but commemorate our intimate act, I have started a mini-book to encapsulate our private event documenting emotions, actions & our everlasting love (sappy huh - hey it I am a newlywed I can do that). :)

Hi Ali
I love your website and congratulations on your soon to be new addition. I am in the process of doing a mini book about my pregnancy with my daughter (after two boys:). I am highlighting the differences I felt. Thanks so much for all the inspiration

My favorite mini book is one I made about a trip to the beach with friends. I used a Karen Burniston kit meant for a 12x12 page but took the pieces apart and used them to make a mini book. Very interactive and I love the colors and products.
So glad your book is finally out. I've been looking forward to it. Love the mini books.

My most favourite mini book I have made was 50 things I love about my Mother on her 50th Birthday. It was a joy to make and she really appreciated it!

OOPS, forgot to put my fav miniBook project. I think my all-time favorite is a miniBook from a CK KOTM (Adventure) that I chronicled my boys first camping trip ever. I think I managed to fit over 100 photos in that "mini" book - it is just packed with wonderful moments and a very memorable weekend :))

Hi,
My favourite mini book is one that features the people in our family and some of the great times that we have had together. This is an extended family book with people that the kids have met from overseas as well. They remember them and the fun times when they visited.

My favorite mini book that I made recently was for all of the baby names that my husband and I like. I also added baby photos of us with some personal notes from our parents about how they chose our names. I decided to make this mini because my husband and I have several names we like and also as a keepsake of how we named our first baby.
Thanks for the give away:)

I am just getting into mini-books and have a lot of ideas brewing. I just completed my first ever this weekend, and it was all about a surgery my son had to have at 18 months. Hard times in life, but you don't want to forget them either. I also want him to know more about it as he gets older.

I love doing mini albums....the current project I'm working on is a 4x9 acrylic tag album. This is for my boss (scrapbook store owner) for her birthday. Every customer in our store knows her story of the "pink pants" that she ordered for a cruise that she went on this spring....she talked about these pant so much that they became the topic of conversation at every class and crop! Well, while she was on vacation the girls from the store (myself included) decorated her office for her! We found a beautiful (okay awful) pair of pink pants with beaded fringe that we dressed a dress form with, and cut out hot pink pants in all different sizes and hung them from clothes pins and clothes line (both also pink) all throughout her office! It was so much fun...and of course I took lots of pictures...they are all going in a "Pink Pants" album for her to enjoy for years to come!!!

just love the amount of comments when you give something away!!
I made a mini book of all the grandchildren for my mom. One of each of them and then one of each of them doing something they enjoy. My mom keeps it in her pocketbook (cause it's a mini!) to brag to all her friends!!

Hi Alie,
The last mini-book I made was for the architect that designed the sailboat my husband and I sailed around the world. We had the pleasure of meeting him in Seattle last month and I presented this little scrapbook to him with pictures of us and boat in many of the ports of call we made during that trip. He couldn't have been more pleased.....
