My favorite miniBook is my house miniBook that I made when I took a class with you in PA. I love that is showcases all the different parts of my house. It especially means a lot because when we created the book we had just finished renovating our house, so it is extra special!!
Can't wait to see you new book and add to my miniBook collection!

I've made several mini books - my two favorites are one for my daughter showing what she did in Raiders in JROTC in high school - pink with brown paint for the mud! and one for a new engineer at our office - a short one showing the highlights of his first year at work. Would love to have your book for more great ideas...

I am so excited for your new book! You always inspire me! Thank you!
I love mini books! Mini books are my favorite to capture a story or several stories...my favorite mini book that I created was for my husband. I made it for our third anniversary. I gathered one favorite photo from each vacation (we love to travel...) and put it together in a wonderful mini-book. It was very creative and he loved it! I loved it too!!
Thanks Ali for your daily inspiration! You're an amazing artist.
Congrats on your new book!!

My favorite mini-book project I have done is this small accordian book. It is black leather on the outside and I put pictures of my family in it and carry it in my purse. I love when I come across it unexpectedly in my purse and it always makes me smile!

I love all my mini-books! I think my absolute favorite is the "Story of Us" book I made for my husband on our 5th wedding anniversary... I add to it whenever I remember something from our history together of almost 17 years.

After taking Stacy Julians LOM class I realized that I had a whole collection of notes from my middle son who is on the autism spectrum. When he was mad he would write us a note to say so. When he regretted behaving a certain way he would apologize with a note. He even writes notes to the tooth fairy begging her to pay him AND leave his teeth. Sometimes they are on clean paper, sometimes on a found paper like a magazine subscription card. While taking Stacy's class I realized that these were sorts of "love notes" from my son. In these notes the ideas and emotions he ad such a hard time relating to us came through crystal clear. They were so powerful. So now I am photographing the notes and plan to make a mini album titled "love notes from my son".
I love the idea of having a basket of mini books i have made available for my family to enjoy whenever they want-looking forward to getting some great ideas from your new book! Michelle

Can't wait to see the new book!
I'm currently planning a mini-book of horses. My son (age 2) loves to go to Papa's barn to visit the horses. So I'm planning a book of horses with their names, favorites, etc.

Congrats on your new "baby". I've been saving pix and stuff to make a mini album about all the quilts in my family - ones that I have inherited and ones that I have made.

I actually have NEVER done a mini book. I have started a few but never finished them. I am actually looking forward to doing a mini book about a trip my hubby and I took to Big Bear. It was for our 10 year wedding anniversary.

I am working on a mini book for my 40th year. How I spent the day - and accomplishments throughout the year. I've never done anything about myself, so this is an accomplishment in itself!

Christmas 2006. 3 forty page 'year in review' albums. 2 mini albums. All completed in the four days leading up to Christmas. Total exhaustion, but definitely my favorite albums I've ever made. Depressing that I had to give them all away! Things that saved me - coordinated papers from Chatterbox Walls range, a limited range of embellishments, and black and white photos. But next time, a little more planning and a lot more time management!

my favourite mini book was one I did in the shape of r2-d2, my husband had written a story/letter about Alec's love of r2-d2 and I made it into a book, my boys read it all the time. http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3003/2798673990_65ec1519e3_o.jpg
My next favourite was one I did digitally about our summer holiday and printed on fine art paper, the colours were amazing

Wow, what a great give-away! I love your books! I have two favorite mini-book projects. One was a book about my puppies made from CD-envelopes. The other was a word book that spelled out "volleyball" to congratulate my dd when she made varsity! I also made another one for her little sis in vball that year.

I love the mini snapshot of my life book that I did while taking 28 Days with Gretchen Schmidt at BPS. I would love to do some more of them. My favorite right now is like yours in Life Artist, with the ABC index cards.
