December Daily Giveaways: Elle's Studio + Evalicious

I am looking forward to my husband being off for 2 weeks. I am also looking forward to doing the December Daily...I think it will make me think about doing holiday stuff with the kids earlier than I normally do as I am a procrastinator!

I am looking forward to spending 3 weeks off work with my 4yr old son, listening to music and making our annual Gingerbread House together. Most especially I am looking forward to the decorations he will be bringing home from Kindy this year, and watching him proudly hang them up.

i am looking forward to making the season more simple and more what it is meant to be. with two children and a third on the way, it just seems like we spend way too much everything during the holidays. and i want my children to know it is not about them, but about giving instead of receiving.

Family traditions...advent calendar, baking and decorating christmas cookies, reading The Night Before Christmas by the fire on Christmas eve...are my favorite! I like the Christmas music, tons of photos, and the hustle and bustle of holiday shoppers.
I love the holiday season!

I am looking forward to decorate the house with christmas, do some christmas crafts put up Christmas tree and seeing my kids face when they open their gifts!

I am most looking forward to putting up the Christmas lights and decorating the tree. And Christmas break from school isn't looking too bad either.

I'm looking forward to seeing my father and brother. I don't get to see them much because they live in Miami. I love how no matter how small the gift might be, the family really has a great time just being together. We're lucky to be broke...lol!

Great giveaway! I am looking forward to starting on the holiday crafts and working in my studio to create some special holiday memories

My favourite part is decorating the tree and the house. I also love to cross over the border into Germany (45 minute drive) for their beautiful christmasfairs, where we'll eat warm, sugared almonds and drink hot spicy wine. I feel all warm just thinking about it.

I have been playing along with the December Daily for the last two years and now it has become a favourite part of my Christmas season. I think it really represents a slowing down and savouring time with my family. I really make an effort to finish all the running in November so that I can really enjoy December.

Seeing my child finally figure it out...

I'm looking forward to a white Christmas and being home on Christmas for the first time in 3 years.

I love the twinkle of the lights on the tree, the smell of baking cookies and breads, and spending time with my loved ones.

I love the joy my mother-in-law has on Christmas morning, she's a big kid and is contageous to be around.

Looking forward to all the new Christmas photos I'll have to scrap, and just the warm festive glow that is in the air in December. Thanks Ali for your inspiration!

i LOVE showing my children traditions we had when I was a kid and even more so I love the new traditions my husband and i do with our kids. I love making a day of going to the christmas tree farm, going through the fields with a saw and as a family choosing our tree, roasting marshmallows, going for sleigh rides. I love decorating our gingerbread house every year. and I love seeing the joy and magic in my kids eyes throughout the whole holiday. its so amazing...i love it.
