December Daily Giveaways: Elle's Studio + Evalicious
Two of my wonderful sponsors that operate etsy shops create products that would work great in your December Daily album and each one is giving away a couple packages of goodies today.
First up: four amazing sets of tags and accents from Elles Studio.
And second: two Vintage Christmas Art Journal kits from Evalicious.
To be entered into the drawing leave a comment below and let me know what you are most looking forward to during the upcoming holiday season. Comments will be closed today (Wednesady) at 8pm Pacific and the winners announced shortly after.
Look for a December Daily Q & A tomorrow morning. If you have additional questions please post them to the comments on yesterday's post rather than today's.

I'm looking forward to the whole thing - buying presents with each person in mind; wrapping presents (and shipping them off); buying gifts for the gift drives; decorating the house with a good friend; taking my kids to buy their new christmas ornament (they each get 1 every year so that when they move out, they have great memories as they hang them on their tree); a white Christmas; seeing the malls decorated; Christmas stockings (aren't they the best?); Christmas music; the turkey dinner; and Christmas mass.

The thing I'm looking forward to the most will actually happen just after the holiday season...I've got tickets to see my 2 favorite hockey teams LIVE for the first time EVER on January 10th!
This is my Christmas and 9th anniversary (Dec. 31) gift all rolled into one...by the time Christmas actually rolls around, I won't be able to sleep for 2 weeks!!

This year I look forward to seeing ALL the members of my family at the same time for the first time in about 7 years!! It's been hit or miss up to now (parents in Europe for a while, brothers on opposite coasts). I'm also looking forward to my kids opening presents with grandparents and uncles getting to watch this year ~ my soon-to-be 5 year old, who is overcoming autism, just "got" present-opening this year, and my 2-yr-old will be a riot to watch this year. I'm also going to enjoy the normal holiday baking as well as making HUGE quantities of food for 5+ extra adults in the house for a couple of weeks (I do love to cook, and don't usually get to on this scale).

I love the home making. Making cookie boxes (this will be the 3rd year) and then baking some beautiful cookies and packing them in the boxes and watch my friend's faces when they open it.
sigh.

I'm looking forward to making my Christmas cards... I can't always see all the people I love during the holidays, but I can send them a little piece of me that shows how much I care.

I'm looking forward to giving homemade gifts and goodies to friends and family.
Those kits are so cute. I just bought an album to use for my December Daily (first time), and I'm starting to imagine how I want to prepare it.

What am I most looking forward to about the upcoming holiday season? EVERYTHING! From trying to decorate every corner of my home, to spending time with my family, continuing old traditions like driving around to find the neighborhoods with the best decorations to watching a different xmas movie every night and starting new ones. Christmas is my most favorite time of year.

Spending time with family and friends is always at the top... but I love Christmas shopping and all the craziness that goes with getting everything wrapped and shipped out...

It's simple: spending time with my family. Seeing my 3 year old and 16 month old experience the magic of the holidays.

I most look forward to the look of longing on my children's faces (ages 15, 13, 11 and 8) when they each describe the tradition that means the most to each of them - those are the things that we make sure we do.
Congrats on your blog!
