I am so looking forward to being a first time "Grandma" this holiday season. My grandson will be 8 months old in December. I cannot wait to see his reaction to all of the lights and decorations, especially the Christmas Tree.

I'm looking forward to the internal feelings that the season brings. I as get older I realize the hustle and bustle is not how I want to spend the season, instead I want to feel the gift of giving to others and savor the rewarding feelings of having the opportunity to share another season with my family.

Hi Ali,
I'm very excited about the Holiday baking and cooking. I love trying new recipes and listening to Holiday music while I work in the kitchen with my girls.
Blessings.

Look how many entries there are already! I'm most excited this year about getting to see my family during the holidays! Last year, we did not see family at Christmas since we were too poor to afford airline tickets (We had just moved to Seattle and I didn't have a job yet so things were tight). It'll be fun to see everyone, and especially the newest edition, who was just born a few days ago. It's my first time being an aunt. =)

I am really looking forward to enjoying Christmas with my one-year old, who was really too little last year to know what was going on. Can't wait to see her experience the magic this year!

I am looking forward to a visit from Santa's elf, Rudy. He came to our house for the first time last year. Rudy has Santa's eyes and ears at our house. Each night, he goes back to the North Pole to tell Santa if our kids have been naughty or nice. He reappears in a new spot each morning. The thought of a bad report to Santa makes for lots of good behavior! We love Rudy! ;)

My favorite part of the upcoming season is the anticipation of Christmas, the big event. I love thinking about all of the things we'll do, and planning events. Yes, it's always a lot of stuff, but I never mind looking forward to it all.
These giveaways look great. Hope I win!

I really look forward to decorating the christmas tree at home. (It's entirely decorated with angels, in memory of loved ones lost.) It's a family activity, with my parents, my sister and my brothers/
And as a teacher I always enjoy the christmas dinner with my class, every parent makes something to eat, we light the classroom with candles and its one of the few times both the children and the teachers are at school in the evening.

Slowing down...taking in the season...being thankful for what I have and putting aside my troubles, and stress. The best of all, capturing the innocence and excitement in my 4 kids eyes!

My family has had a lot trials this year, so I am looking forward to enjoying what the
