What I'm most looking forward to this Christmas is the day we travel to London and visit the Hyde Park Winter Wonderland. Even thouhg I live in the UK we never get to London that much, so this is a brilliant way to get into the Christmas spirit.
Also looking forward to making my daily aldum not done one before so these srummy goodies would really help!

I am looking forward to the coziness and warmth of the holidays. I love to decorate and indludge in holiday treats. I can't wait to see the wonder and excitement on my kids faces and to be able to "believe" right along with them. But most of all I can not wait for Christmas Eve when everyone is asleep and I sit in the dark with only the lights on from the tree. I have done this since I was a girl and it always brings me peace and reminds me of the "reason for the season"!!

I guess that what I look forward to seems to be the most obvious - being home with my family. But since I started my own buisness i July this year and still working pt as a teacher gives me little time to spend with my family. So I´m really looking forward to quality time with my loved ones.

we always try and take some extra time off (a week or so) and hang out with family and just "be". it's such a great time of year for that and i treasure it.

My favourite part is just the whole feeling of Christmas - extra bounce in your step, smell of cinnamon and nutmeg in stores, anticipation of what's to come, laughter with friends and all that yummy food!

My mother made Christmas a really special time for us as children. I love re-creating all the traditional things she did for us with my own children and watching the joy and wonder on their faces. My favourite tradition is leaving a mince pie and a glass of sherry for Santa and a carrot for Rudolph by the fireplace on Christmas Eve. I was always amazed on Christmas morning when there were only a few crumbs and the end of a carrot with "reindeer teeth" marks in it left on the plate. And a filled stocking of course! Thank you for sharing your creativity so generously with us.

I am looking forward to the scents of the holiday season - christmas cookies, cinammon, hot cocoa and pine trees. Those scents always get me in the holiday mood!

enjoying. truly enjoying every moment from Halloween to Thanksgiving to our first trip to N.Y.C. to see it at Christmas with our sons! After that, a very peaceful Christmas which can be enjoyed throughout the entire weekend. Homemade, heartfelt gifts, conversations and memories being made.

I love my town in Ashland, Ore. during the holidays. I love driving downtown at nite with my kids and ohhin and awhing over all the spectacular lights. I love window looking at all the Christmas window displays. I love backing and who doesn't like watching "Christmas Story" with their family? It's the best! I love doing crafty projects with my 2 girls and listening to Christmas music. I love the holidays and hope my girls will partake in our family traditions.
Congrats on the blog. You are one of the best!

What I am most looking forward to this Christmas season is getting back to the basics more and deeper into the real meaning of the season. I'm shopping less and making more. My goal is to make 75% of the gifts I give this year. Not only for financial reasons, but because it makes me feel good to create and give something of myself.
