I'm most looking forward to doing our advent calendar this year. I love coming up with fun activities for us to do everyday and the kids loved it so much last year!

Baking - I've been making Christmas cookies every year and delivering them to neighbors & friends since I was little. Now I enjoy this tradition with my kids. Except, now we deliver them with our Santa hats on and in our golf cart - maybe we should decorate it with Christmas lights this year . . .

I am looking forward to a fresh start and I hope that, after a year full of low energy and fighting with things in myself, the number 9 in this year will promise me more courage and the ability to look at things in a different way.

My favorite part of the holidays is decorating the house as we get ready for friends and family to visit. I love all the colors of the holiday season, the lights on the houses, the hustle and bustle of shopping, making gifts for people, making cards, etc. As the song goes "It's the most wonderful time of the year!" I love Thanksgiving, getting together with family and friends and indulging in the traditional family food favorites while watching football and playing cards. I'm also looking forward to my first Decmember Daily album. Thanks for all of the inspiration!

Spending time with my family, Christmas music and sleeping in.

We are looking forward to adding a new puppy to our family. We lost our collie last month and our other dog needs some companionship. She still looks for her pal and we are healing and ready to add some joy to our household.
And as always to spend some quality time with each other - where we take deep breaths and truly enjoy the little things in our lives which are truly the big things!

I'm well known among my family and friends for my Christmas cookies. I love baking with my two children and we make between 15-20 varieties each season! We give them away to everyone we know--coworkers, teachers, friends, hairdressers, babysitters, the mailman, neighbors, pastors...and while we love spending time together baking and discovering new recipes, the true joy comes in seeing the delight in people's faces when they receive a plate of home-baked treats. It's absolutely my favorite part of the season.

I am looking forward to seeing my family during the holidays. I'm also looking forward to all the Christmas decorations.

I look most forward to having my family home. I have a married daughter (my youngest) 3 hrs away and miss her greatly. As well, this year I have 3 grandbabies to spoil.
I love to decorate and be surrounded by the sights and sounds (music) of Christmas.
Celerating Christ's birth is foremost and the 'Reason for the Season' in our home... enjoy sharing these times with family and friends.

Looking forward to making Christmas crafts and gifts with my family!

Well I have mixed emotions...we just moved to a new house and it will be one year the week of Christmas. I miss our old home...but I have to move on I know. I hate decorating a new home, just have to figure out where everything goes bothers me. I am, however, looking forward to putting up our tree this year...we didn't get to last year because of the move. At least a tree I don't have to figure out, I know where my decorations go! lol :)

The magic still in my children's eyes from picking the tree, dressing it and then sitting in the darkness with only the twinkling lights, magical.

I am looking forward to being home throughout the entire Christmas season this year. Getting our REAL tree, listening to Christmas Carols and enjoying family time together all warm and cozy.

I can't wait to see family that I haven't been able to see in awhile. I also love making gifts for others and the spirt of giving that surrounds the Christmas season.

Oh there are too many things I'm looking forward to this holiday season. I guess the top of the list would be giving gifts and making memories!!

I most look forward to going home and sitting round the dinner table with my entire family. Great food, great conversation, and my favorite people in the whole world. What could be better?
