I am looking forward to having Christmas with my parents. They retired 6 years ago and moved out of state. My son who was only 7 weeks old then has never had a Christmas with them. So this year will be his first Christmas with Grandma and Grandpa. I cannot wait!!

Wow! Congrats on the top 1000!
I have so many favorite things about the holiday season...I LOVE the way the malls smell and look during the season...love extra hot mocha's...mittens, scarves, and the smell of the Christmas tree in my house, love my kids' pink noses and cheeks when they play outside in the snow! I could go on and on!

Snow, Snow, SNOW! and of course cozy warm fires, both inside and out. I am one of those nutty people who just thrives on being outside in the winter. I love getting everyone bundled up, watching the kids wallow in it, seeing the dogs dig their noses in it...I even like shoveling it! During outside play we usually get a good fire going so cold wet hands can warm up and then we all come inside and sit in front of a toasty fire with homemade soup or hot chocolate.

I love everything about Christmas - most especially the local festivities like Tuba Santa band, Santa arriving by boat in Trinidad harbor, and all the small choirs. We have a great lighted truckers parade!! Lots of fun for the whole family.
P.S. I love Evalicious products - so cute!!

I am mostly looking forward to spending time with family and friends. I really enjoy my kids 1st look at the Christmas tree all light up with the lights off. My dd will be almost 10 months at Christmas, I can't wait.
And Pie!! I love pie season. Pumpkin pie in the summer just doesn't taste as good as it does in the fall!
thanks Ali for such great giveaways!

This year my family will be heading South for the holidays as will my husband's family. It is going to be a quiet holiday and not so rushed so I am going to take this opportunity to relax and spend quality time with the kids this year and really see Christmas through their eyes.

I'm just looking forward to spending time with my family this year. We are all cutting back our present buying this season and I think it will make the whole holiday less stressful!
I made 3 (!) December Daily books yesterday. I'm giving two of them to my sisters so we can all do the project together and share them at the end of the month. That will be so fun! I'm really looking forward to it!
Thanks so much for the giveaway. Very cute tags!

Congrats on the blog!!
I am most looking forward to making Christmas cookies with my teenage son. This is something that he and I do together every year. We have been doing this since he was old enough to hold a spoon and it is my most cherished holiday tradition. We pick out 4 or 5 recipes for different cookies and we spend a weekend baking. The time together, the warmth of the kitchen and the smell of fresh baked cookies means that Santa is almost here.
Thanks as always for the giveaways!

For me, the best thing about the holidays is spending time with my family eating special holiday foods, doing fun activities (like tree decorating), etc. This is what I'm most looking forward to!

The thing that I'm most looking forward to this holiday season is being HOME and creating memories here, instead of being on the road or through an airport. Family will be visiting us and we have lots of fun, entertaining things planned and I'm so looking forward to that. :)

I love that everyone (including me!) tries a little harder during the holidays. To be more present, to be more caring, to be more giving. This is great stuff!
