This will be a Christmas of change for our family.....my son has bought his first house and for the first Christmas since he was born, he won't be living in at home Christmas morning. It is all part of the growing process and I am happy for my children with each phase that they enter.
The thing that I look forward to most is Christmas Dinner with my husbands family. He has a large family and it brings back many happy memories of my childhood spent at my grandmothers and my 16 cousins!!

Thanks for the opportunity to win the fun goodies! I am most looking forward to consentrating on the birth of
Christ. It has been a very hard year and a half and I have come to realize that He is my only source. I will take this time to really learn and absorb the real story.
p.s. I am so happy about your growing family:) Thanks for sharing.

My favorite thing about the holidays and what I am most looking forward to is spending time with my kids and husband minus the schedule, homework, lessons, time-lines, bed times, and pressures...just time to spend with one another laughing, baking, delivering, wrapping, shopping, watching kid movies, snuggling, and most of all, hot chocolate together! ~Tanya

My favorite time will be on Christmas morning when my 6-1/2 year old daughter opens her presents with wide-eye amazement at what Santa has brought her and watching her brothers (who do not believe any more) ooh and aah along with her (and eating all the Christmas cookies that I can!!).

My husband, son and I just moved from away from where all of our family lives over the summer. We go back home for Christmas break (3 weeks!) on Dec. 14 and that's what I'm most looking forward to this holiday season!

Awesome giveaways!
Even though there are so many, my favorite part of the holidays is being able to go back home and spend time with family and bake christmas cookies. I'm also enjoying my new tradition of making christmas cards!

This holiday, I am most looking forward to our annual Christmas Eve dinner with my husband's side of the family and then going to Christmas mass and spending Christmas day with my family. It's a wonderful way for my 4 years old son to spend time with both families.

I'm most looking forward to holiday baking and spending time with family and friends - oh, and giving gifts from Ireland that I picked up on a trip this year.

I'm looking forward to a simpler season this year. I've spoken with my friends that I exchange gifts with and we all decided we'd rather spend time together baking and skating and decorating then buying each other more stuff. We've decided that this is the year of "Christmas dates" and I'm looking foward to making memories and building relationships more than I have in previous seasons.

White Christmas lights. I've always loved how they look. As a child, I used to lay by the tree to stare at the lights. It always felt very peaceful especially when the overhead lights were dimmed. Now that I have a one year old, I'm even more excited to share this with him. This year, we've decided to string lights around trees in the backyard too!

On December 4th my husband has an interview to get his US Citizenship! I'm very much looking forward to my entire family being citizens of the US. (He is Canadian but has lived in the US a majority of his life.) I'm very much looking forward to doing the December daily for that reason, as well as my kids are old enough now to enjoy the holiday!
Thanks for sharing your creations!
