We just bought our first house earlier this year so I am looking forward to decorating it, and seeing family that I don't see very often!

We (my family and I) always have to wait till St. Nicolas has left the country before we start decorating for Christmas. So we don't start till after December 5th. But I love decorating my house, singing Christmas carols and songs when nobody is home. Making plans with my family. And I will be working on Boxing day. But I don't mind that, the atmosphere in a Hospital at Christmas time is different.

Just time. Time with family, time with friends, time to make memories. Time to enjoy them. Not to be cheezy, but this is really what I am looking forward to. We have a December trip planned, and cannot WAIT for the time together.

I can't wait to decorate our Christmas tree again. It was fun collecting victorian ornaments for the past couple years. Also, I'm looking forward to some holiday shopping. There's a different feeling whenever I shop during the sholiday season.

The smell of pine trees, the joy of visiting family and friends. Just a couple of my favorite things during the month of December.

I can not wait to take my new born to his Grandma and Grandpa's house to meet his extended family. Nothing makes a Christmas like a new baby!

Looking forward to using some of the techniques in Simplify your Christmas to enjoy the two weeks I get off each holdiay season.
Normally I let the holiday prep take away some of my joy, but this year I plan to start earlier and do less to focus on the real meaning of the season.

Spending time with family, slowing life down a little bit and enjoying everybody around me.

This year, both my brother and sister had their first children - baby girls - so I am most looking forward to celebrating their first Christmas, especially since we will move away from them at the beginning of the year. Thanks for the chance to win these fun things!

We all have to say time with family, of course. But I love to pull out my collection of Martha Stewart holiday mags, flip through and find both crafts and treats that I will make. I love the planning and creating for this time of year!

I am looking forward to Thanksgiving my favorite holiday of the year! I Love making all the yummy food for my family to eat and then we can just kick back and relax, play games or watch football. Thanks for all the wonderful ideas you have posted on your blog for the holidays.

I'm am so totally looking forward to two weeks uninterrupted with my son and hubby. It will be Oliver's first X-mas where he will be starting to understand what the season is all about-family and LOVE!!! I can't wait to see him giving his presents out...

My favorite thing has to be decorating the house for the holidays. I love going to the xmas tree farm and cutting down the tree, bringing it home and spending the first weekend trimming and decorating and playing xmas playlist on ipod :)
And then there's the xmas baking, cinnamon roll wreaths and cookies.

I'm looking forward to seeing my little boy's face on Christmas morning - nothing else matters! :-)

I am most looking forward to spending the holidays with my family and friends, after spending the last four Christmases far away from our family. I also can't wait to see my 2-year old's face on Christmas morning.

There are so many things about the holidays that I look forward to, but I especially enjoy my annual Christmas Cookie and Crafting Extravagazna weekend with my best friend Jamie. A whole weekend of baking, crafting, and chatting; what could be better?

I am looking forward to a SIMPLE holiday. I think the economy is going to push quite a few of us that way and I think it will be a good thing. Back to the Basics!
