Three Things : Three Giveaways
A fun Tuesday giveaway:
1. Five gift certificates to Songbird Avenue. Here's what's cool about these guys: they are a digital scrapbooking-based online boutique
whose proceeds are donated to various charities each month in an effort
to give compassionately to those in need. Definitely a site to check out and support.
2. One November kit from Stampin With Steph (a Stampin Up independent demonstrator).
3. One November kit (designed by Stacy Julian) for Cocoa Daisy (you will receive this in early November).
To be entered into the drawing leave a comment below and let me know how you celebrate the fall season. Comments will be closed today (Tuesday) at 8pm Pacific and the winners announced shortly after.

For me fall is all about the crunch of leaves and the vibrant colours. It is by far my favorite time of the year-too bad it is such a short season here. I usually do one or two fall themed projects--leaf shaped cookies decorated with orange icing or a special carved pumpkin.

Fall holds the best of memories in raising my children, now grown. Taking them to school, boots, puddles, notebooks, and sweaters. Now I celebrate by taking my 6 year old granddaughter on walks by the river armed with a list of things to look for - yellow leaves, orange leaves, pine cones, etc. Anything that fall brings. We find everything on our list and then head for hot chocolate.

Slowing down a bit by having family movie nights, baking more, canning applesauce, and breaking out all the Halloween, Thanksgiving lights and decorations.

Ohhh! Goody. I celebrate the fall season getting pumpkins at a good friend's farm. I just painted four of them with big black stars for my front porch!

We kick-off our celebration of fall with a trip to the apple orchard and subsequent apple pies. Pack away the shorts and t-shirts and dig out the long sleeves and corduroys. Halloween and pumpkins. Enjoying the colorful leaves. It's my favorite season!

To celebrate fall the number one thing the kid loves to do is make a huge leaf pile and jump in it over and over until dad is tired. Then they take over the raking and jump until shear exhaustion. We follow this up with hot cocoa.

We have so many fall traditions: apple-picking, hikes to see all the changing leaves, pumpkin patch, making Halloween costumes, warm apple cider, pumpkin spice lattes with pumpkin muffins from Satrbucks, baking pumpkin cookies and Halloween vampire cupcakes. Autumn is my fave season by far.

We usually celebrate fall by going to the pumpkin patch, picking out the best pumpkins and then carve them with a cool design. It's my daughter's 5th year of this tradition and she loves it!!

This is my favorite time of year. We take car rides up the Canyon to see the beautiful leaves, enjoy apple cider, the last harvest of the season, visiting the pumpkin patch, cute clothes, raking and jumping in leaves, and hot chocolate. It's a wonderful season.

We celebrate by spending as much time outside as the weather will allow. Bonfires, smores, and spiced apple cider on a Saturday night are my favorite evenings.

Hi Ali,
I love fall, first we always start off with going to Leavenworth for Octoberfest. It is the start of the fall season over there, and the leaves are beautiful when they turn the red's and gold's. CKC is here in Seattle in November, I always take a Friday off to go with the girls. Of course then its December, and that magical time of the year. I had a girls reunion this last weekend in Oregon, to celebrate all turning 50. We cruised down the Rogue River that maybe my new fall activity..how beautiful in your neck of the woods.
Thanks for the giveaway Ali!

It's so funny that you're asking this today because my plan for the day is to decorate the mantle with the pumpkins and gourds we bought at the pumpkin farm this weekend. And then I'm going to make a pie from one of the pumpkins (I've never done that before).
