Three Things : Three Giveaways
A fun Tuesday giveaway:
1. Five gift certificates to Songbird Avenue. Here's what's cool about these guys: they are a digital scrapbooking-based online boutique
whose proceeds are donated to various charities each month in an effort
to give compassionately to those in need. Definitely a site to check out and support.
2. One November kit from Stampin With Steph (a Stampin Up independent demonstrator).
3. One November kit (designed by Stacy Julian) for Cocoa Daisy (you will receive this in early November).
To be entered into the drawing leave a comment below and let me know how you celebrate the fall season. Comments will be closed today (Tuesday) at 8pm Pacific and the winners announced shortly after.

in my home, fall signifies the end of racing season which in turn, equals having some free time again on the weekends!!! :) a chance to head to the local bookstore to check out the magazine selection, scrapbook a page or two, or pick-up the novel i've been putting off for the past month or so.
it's all about taking a breather.

We celebrate fall in many ways - we celebrate the start of school w/ lots of first day pics, deciding on and makig costumes, making halloween crafts and thanksgiving crafts, playing soccer, and enjoying cooler days.
Thanks!

Fall for my family is about the simple pleasures; jumping in freshly raked leaves, homemade soup after hikes in the woods, and canning the summer harvest.

We will celebrate fall by raking up leaves in the backyard and letting my son jump in it. The joys of childhood.

We used to live in Massachusetts and while there, Fall meant picking apples, finding pumpkins in the local pumpkin patches, harvest fairs, cool weather. Now that we're in Florida, we celebrate the season by opening up the windows and turning off the AC!

Though we don't have any kids yet I still force my husband to do all the fun "family" stuff that florida offers. Pumpkin carving, baking the seeds, decorating, etc. Plus we always go to the haunted houses at Busch Gardens and Universal!

I celebrate fall with leaf raking, watching the leaves change in the NE, taking lots of pictures and drinking hot cocoa at night. Thanks for the opportunity to enter!

I celebrate Fall by getting out all my warm fuzzies like my flannel sweats, blankets and fuzzy slippers and gear up for serious scrapping! As much as I love to scrap, just can't stay inside during the summer months!

I love an old fashioned pumkin patch. No trains, loud music or craziness. Just some old corn stalks, a little hay and some pumpkins.

We celebrate by making a Sukkah for Sukkot, and eating apples under it. My son loves this little temporary shelter under the falling leaves.

I enjoy taking pictures of the kids with all the beautiful fall colors in the background. It's also the time of year when we get together a take a nice family picture to share with family and friends at Christmas time.

The start of the fall season for us includes going to the Wool Gathering. It's a festival at a local dairy farm where they have lots of alpacas, llamas, and sheep for us to see. It's always fun to watch the sheep get sheared and then go get some homemade ice cream!

For the past 16 years, our family has gone to some friends house the day before halloween and carved 100+ pumpkins. We always have pizza and hot apple cider to celebrate our tradition. We then display our pumpkin artwork along a fence for everyone to see. It has been an attraction for our small town to drive by at night and enjoy.
