Three Things : Three Giveaways
A fun Tuesday giveaway:
1. Five gift certificates to Songbird Avenue. Here's what's cool about these guys: they are a digital scrapbooking-based online boutique
whose proceeds are donated to various charities each month in an effort
to give compassionately to those in need. Definitely a site to check out and support.
2. One November kit from Stampin With Steph (a Stampin Up independent demonstrator).
3. One November kit (designed by Stacy Julian) for Cocoa Daisy (you will receive this in early November).
To be entered into the drawing leave a comment below and let me know how you celebrate the fall season. Comments will be closed today (Tuesday) at 8pm Pacific and the winners announced shortly after.

I stay inside, watch tv-series on my computer, scrapbook and drink hot tea:) Halloween isn't as big in Norway as in the US so I probably won't celebrate that, but I might eat some Halloween candy..hihi.
So nice of you to have these give-aways btw!

We normally head up to our local mountains for a hike followed-up with some mugs of hot cocoa. I love it. Unsure what I love more, the hike or the cocoa. :)

We celebrate the season by collecting beautiful leaves, taking family photos at the park, finding the perfect pumpkin, and baking lots of apple desserts(with apples we've picked at the family farm)...and muffins. ;)

In Puerto Rico, we don't have the beautiful colors of fall you have in the US. But the weather starts to be cooler, the nights are fresher and we start to feel the Christmas is near! Thanksgiving is a huge celebration here, we all celebrate with big family reunions full of delicious food and memories!

MUM is the word at our house as we celebrate fall. My sweet hubby will bring home as many as possible and if he can sneak one in without me taking note immediately it makes his day

As a single adult, I celebrate the fall in a couple ways. I decorate with my Halloween door hanger which is a cute dancing Jack-O-Lantern and I decorate my home with pretty fall colors. My birthday's also in the fall, so I celebrate that too! (:

corn mazes of course! I heard there was a great politically themed one down in Oregon that I almost thought worth driving down to one weekend. Alas, we'll probably stay local.

We always look forward to pulling out the fall and halloween decorations. My daughter, 9 still loves to look at the collection of small Halloween toys we have. And this year I made a standing display from 4 matte boards, tied together and used photos of the kids from Halloween's past. The other side has fall photos. We always carve our pumpkin on the night before Halloween. (Having always lived in Louisiana previously. we had to wait because if you did it too early it would rot.)
Now that we live in the Midwest, we are trying to make new traditions that include the changing of the leaves. One thing we are going to do this weekend is a have a fall photo shoot with a professional photographer. Maybe we should add taking a family photo in the fall our new tradition!
Definitely thinking about foods to warm our hearts as the cold weather comes!

I am an Australian who has lived for a short time in the US. So it is Spring here now. But we still celebrate our own little Thanksgiving, mostly to remember out friends in the US and the wonderful time we had there.

I can't get enough of pumpkins. I love scented candles, pumpkin patches and pumpkin baked good. I live all year for pumpkin pancakes.

For us here in Michigan, it's all about hayrides to get apples and pumpkins, enjoying cider and donuts, baking apple pies, taking drives and hiking to see all the beautiful fall colors, playing lots of flag football, and getting ready for a fun Halloween! Thanks for the exciting giveaways, Ali!

Living in Canada, we just try to get out s a family and enjoy the fall weather before the snow flies. Photo opportunities, raking leaves, and decorating for the season. All ways in which we celebrate.

Always apple picking, pumpkin picking, carving pumpkins with dad (as a professional chef, his knives are great for this)! And of course, making pumpkin pie, hot chocolate and nice big pots of chili! YUM!
