Week in the Life : sharing samples + giveaway

Something good today. It's my mother's birthday and we're living far from her, so we logged in to msn messenger with my 18 month old daughter and we send kisses and love thanks to the camera! She was delighted to see Elena speak to her and kiss her: Coucou Mamy!

I love seeing all of the other ideas for this project. I took all my pictures and now I have to figure out my "formula".
Something great about today was a trip to the Girl Scout store to choose my daughter's first Daisy Scout vest, badges, pins, etc... Such a fun, new journey to begin with her!

The sun is shining and I am feeling ready to face my life again after a two day retreat to my closest friend's home in Seattle.
This excercise really helped me to focus on all the good in my life.

Something good, (great), about today is that it's my parents 59th anniversary! We're taking them out to dinner to celebrate.

It's a beautiful day again here in Iowa. Above average temps means it will be over 70 degrees and sunny again! Yay!! Another park day for the kids!

Today is a great day after feeling the nostalgia of my 3rd grade self hearing the NKOTB songs on the radio in preparation for their concert being in town.

Ok- I so want to win!!! Way cute stamps! A good thing about today is I got called off of work last night,(I work from 7pm to 7am) so instead of sleeping all day, I get to be awake and doing things. I usually call these days my "free" days (since I normally would be sleeping) and I usually alow myself to do mostly fun things all day (like scrapbook!). So I plan to work on this project tons today! Thanks for the inspiration, Ali.

Late Start for school...love the extra two hours in the morning. Shouldn't school start at 10:00 every morning?

Everyone's layouts were great! Unfortunately my schedule is so crazy and my job is so intense it is hard to think about a project such as this. I did watch the posts each day during my lunch and enjoyed them all.
Good so far today, my good thing was my first cup of coffee with a new flavored coffee creamer...toffee nut. It was delicious. I also received an email from a fellow scrapper and she signed "do a good deed". Made me think wouldn't it be great if everyone did a good deed today?

Best thing today is the sweet smell of banana muffins in the oven. Mmmmmmmmmmmm!

The greatest thing about today is the forgiveness that was expressed between myself and my oldest son. No words had to be spoken; just the love between a mother and son working side by side.

Just to wake up alive and spend time with my baby before work is a good day for me!

It was cool here this morning and I got to stay all warm and cuddly in bed. Hubby brought me coffee in bed. Gotta love it.

Best thing about my day today is not having to pick my daughter up from school. She broke her foot over a week ago and is finally comfortable enough to go on the bus!

Good Morning! Thank you to everyone for sharing your layouts! Ali, this was a great motivator for me and I found such inspiration from everyone participating! It really opened my eyes and heart to the little things in my everyday life that I take for granted. We can get caught up in how bad things are in the world but it's our homes, families, love, faith and everyday life that we can find joy! So thankful to be alive! Everyday is a blessing! Good health to you & your little one!

Best thing about today? After nearly 6 weeks, my husband can bend his knee! Serious cheering and celebrating going on around here.
