Week in the Life : sharing samples + giveaway
Tags:Hoping to have some embellished rectangles to share with you tomorrow. In the meantime I have been getting a bunch of different samples from people participating this week. I love to see the variety and how everyone is making it work for themselves, their story, their photos, their time.
Feel free to keep sending them my way as you get a chance to work on your album/layout/project. See below for today's giveaway.
Also, I answered most questions in the comments section yesterday. If you asked a question check there for your answer.

This day is going great. My husband and one of my sons are off camping and my other son and I are just hanging out together.

The good thing about today is that I am reminding myself finding lots of good things all over the place. Since starting on the week long journey - I have realized how much good there is around me. Good to have a morning routine, good to have nightly routines, good to have change of seasons, good to have 3 healthy kids, good to have blogs to read, good to have fresh fruit. So much good out there. Just look.

t’s a wonderful truth that of all relationships, the one between teacher and the student is truly symbiotic. On a daily basis, I learn as much from my students as I try to impart to them, and this is why I continue to teach. My motivations are selfish, and so be it. It’s still a tandem ride, this learning and teaching, and on any given day I find myself leading and following, following and leading.
I am a teacher because I love to learn, and I’ve come to realize one abiding truth: The best way to learn is to teach.

Gorgeous fall day. I get to spend each day with my husband (we're both retired). Just finished a delicious lunch together.

It's raining today. I'm totally in the mood to journal, but I've got a really messy house. I'd like to learn more about your fabulous templates. Can't wait. Maegan

There are many things good about today: the sun is shining, my migraine is finally gone, I feel inspired, I'm healthy and happy :)

I’m on a hybrid high today. Thanks to your simple manipulation on the line/title to accommodate the text and the re-colouring of the template I will be looking at some of my digital products with new eyes.

I try to "choose happiness" if at all possible, that way there is always some glimmer of hope, even in an awful day.
So far, the best thing about my day was the bright gold maple leaves against the blue sky this am that was so beautiful that I ran back in the house to grab my camera (and was a couple minutes late to work!)
Have a great day!

I am excited to be at home today with no commitments except cleaning up after my DD 3rd birthday. I'm working on my pictures this week so it helps to see all of these examples.

UFF - hard day today - but great at the end:
had to get up before 6 a.m. to bring my boyfriend to the station in the city - he left for Berlin where he's got a 4-day-meeting.
Went home - rainy day - very sleepy... did some internet-research, blog-reading and this evening a nice flower-bouquet-card for our best friends that had their first baby-daughter yesterday.
Just came home from visiting them in the hospital: WHAT A SWEETIE!!! (;
Have a nice evening!

I just took my camera in to get it cleaned, and I was thrilled to have the store say that they thought it would be done this afternoon.

Today has been great. I rocked the morning with 2 loads of laundry (one cloth diapers!), worked from home, took a shower (and did my hair!) and made some baby food. All this while looking after my 6 month old! But days like these are rare when it all works smoothly, so that is why it is so GREAT!
