i am inspired by one of my friends who recently had knee surgery and is already planning on doing a 10k and a half marathon. It made me sign up to do the 10k with him in May!

Lately my children have inspired me! Everyday we talk about something that we want to accomplish for the day. I have been wanting to workout each day and get them active as well. If I dont feel like working out, they remind me that it is for myself and them!

the colors of spring inspire me. everywhere i look there is God's hand at work and i see my faith renewed with each bulb that peeks out of the ground. New greens, yellows, lilac, pink, and the sky. spring skies just scream rebirth, new, open, airy, bright blue and puffy white clouds. and i am inspired by you, who keep those of us out here supplied with constant inspiring pictures, stories and tidbits. thanks.

Well Etsy.com is always inspiring me. I love to simply browse through page after page of the amazing pieces that people are talented enough to make themselves. It truly overwhelms me and makes me want to discover my creative talents and put them to use. I also love the feeling that I get when I use or display something in my home from Etsy because I know that someone really worked hard to make it and that makes me happy. Lately I am also inspired by the warm fresh smell of Spring in the air... how can that not inspire you?? Great giveaways!

I'm probably a little late coming to this idea, but what is inspiring me lately is home decor magazines and catalogs--I love the color combinations, and I love dreaming about what my house can look like someday! :-)

My son is inspiring me these days.... The little kindergartener has worked hard and has moved up a reading group! He makes me so proud - and makes me want to work harder too!

The hint of spring has been inspiring me. The warming weather has allowed me to ride my beach cruiser along a river trail, where the sounds of the water and the slight breeze blowing through the trees offers a sort of serenity that just urges me to create.

As far as scrapbooking goes, I have been inspired to paint on canvas and make home deco things. I also have been using the color orange which I don't normally do.

As soon as I read the question, 'what is inspiring you', I knew the answer ... And that is my 14-year-old baby. First of all, the fact that she is 14 already inspires me to make every moment count. Secondly, she is wonderfully artistic and I love how she is finding shapes, photos, paintings, pieces of creativity to show me. She knows I'll like it and I'm seeing it as a way to get to know her more.
Ali--congratulations on Anna and having two sweet babies to love now. Enjoy them.
