I have been going through about 50 blogs on a daily basis lately. There are so many wonderfully talented and inspiring people out there (like yourself) and it is such a cool thing that I get to see so many different inspiring ideas on a daily basis (gotta love that internet!)

This winter has really gotten me down. I walk 2 miles a day between train station and the Library of Congress, where I work, five days a week. When it's 15 degrees out with a -5 windchill, it's a huge struggle to get out of bed.
But as I walk up Capitol Hill, and the dome of the Capitol building appears, it is a daily reminder of how fortunate I am to have any job, but particularly my job, and it makes having gotten out of bed worthwhile.
(And then I get to work. But for the ten minutes prior, I really feel as though I'm making a difference, and my soul is soaring.)

I've been looking at photographs lately to get a new perspective in my own pictures. I've been purusing phtographers websites and the Interesting photos of the day in google's customizable desktop home page igoogle. I love seeing what others are doing with the everyday objects and try to think outside the box I get stuck in sometimes.

Good music is inspiring me lately! There is nothing better than when I blast my Wicked soundtrack or the soundtrack of Joseph And the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. Even though I can't carry a tune to sing out loud is very powerful!

I am in a post-partum bubble with my little guy, much as you are, I am sure! Milo was born on the 16th of February, and he is what is inspiring me right now. I am just enjoying breathing in his sweet smell and getting to know him. Scrapbooking, and all else has taken a back seat to the new love in my life.

My crazy fun three year old is inspiring me lately. My mom's Prayers and Squares quilt group that she makes me come to is also very inspiring. But my most inspirational thing right this moment is being newly pregnant. :) I'm feeling very blessed and very inspired lately.

My four year old inspires me right now. He is the epitome of what every human needs to thrive - intellectual challenge and a healthy dose of a warm and loving snuggle sprinkled between building elaborate geo trax sets and saving the world from "bad guys".

I'm inspired by my sweet new neice...who despite being born six weeks early is home from the hospital and doing fabulous. Your little munchkin is absolutely adorable. Thanks for the chance!

My kids youthful innocence and silliness have been inspiring me to not pay so much attention to the "doom and gloom" surrounding us these days. Instead of watching the news and getting depressed, I engage with the little minds and get wrapped up in the magic of childhood.

Lately emotions have really been inspiring me. I know that's probably not what most people consider inspiring, but I feel like I have so many emotions right now, good and bad, and they are really inspiring me to write things down and tell my story.

The promise of spring has been inspiring me lately. I can't wait to get out in my flower beds and garden and get to work. That has made me get on the ball and get my spring cleaning and household stuff in order.

My little ones (4 and 2 yrs old) are the ones that inspire me every day. To get up in the morning, dropped them at the daycare, worked for 9 hours, picked them up, make dinner, eat, play, giggle, be silly, bath time, read a book, kiss good night, tuck them in and relaxed with hubby for couple of hours and then we hit the sack. The next day is pretty much the same except the kids mood, we all have our ups and down, but my kids are the ones that inspire me all the time.

Days like today inspire me. Sunny. Blue skies. A cool (and not bitter cold) breeze. Spring is right around the corner indeed :)

I am inspired by counting my many blessings each day and knowing that there are others who have it far worse than I do! I am thankful for my teaching job and my husbands job. My sons therapist for Aspergers inspires me to be a little more patient each day as well as his Kindergarten teacher. And Becky Higgins blog as well as all the other scrapbookers blogs inspire me! :)
