Your site always inspires me to scrapbook more. Great photography has also been inspiring me lately. Maggie Holmes and Maria Grace are a few of my favorite sites. I've been trying to pull inspiration from their photos in hopes to improve on my everyday photos.

I am inspired by kids lately - I am an elective teacher at a K-12 school, so I teach all ages. I have been so inspired by the differences in perspectives in the different ages. Plus my own 4 kids range from 5th grader to high school senior, so they are constantly making me think. I have been trying to capture that on my pages.

My insiration for right now is this quote....
Use every letter you write, every conversation you have, every meeting you attend, to express your fundamental beliefs and dreams. Affirm to others the vision of the world you want. You are a free, immensely powerful source of life and goodness. Affirm it. Spread it. Radiate it. Think day and night about it and you will see a miracle happen: the greatness of your own life.

Ali..so glad you are feeling back to normal after the birth of Anna. She is too cute! I have been inspired lately by God's great creations. The birds singing in the trees, the faint green color the grass is turning showing that hint of spring is lurking underneath, and the smell of fresh air. Days are in the 70's here and nothing beats opening the windows...!! God is GOOD...in everything around me!!! Its all inspiring!!
Have a wonderful week!!!

a quote that I have printed on posted on my monitors so I see it all day long.
peace.
it does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble or hard work. it means to be in the midst of those things and still be calm in your heart.

I was recently laid off and being home has inspired me to cook more, a passion of mine that was relegated to the weekends. Today is a pecan raisin bread. It is currently rising and I cant wait to taste it.

I am inspired by my husband. He is so supportive--he'll even accompany me to craft and fabric stores as I try to pick out materials for a new project, and does his very best to understand why I'm stuck in the middle of the aisle holding two nearly identical pieces of paper and worrying over which one to choose. He encourages me to stretch my wings and become who I want to be. That makes me feel beautiful and encourages me to create beautiful things.
