As by now when the sky has been gray for such a long time - the only thing to lighten me up, and inspiring me - is colours! All of them except the greyscale ..

Inspiration today is coming from a new outlook on life. I'm learning to want what I have. Tough lesson.

Spring. I must say SPRING!!! the sun is out a bit longer each day, and even tho we have oodles of snow left, just the fact that the sun is staying longer makes everything so much happier!

Today I'm inspired by change.... I'm choosing not to be afraid of it, but become inspired and embrace change...

Recently I was given some old 8mm films of my 9 aunts and uncles (my mom's family was big!) and transferred them to DVD. Seeing them young and carefree - all the picnics they had on Sundays - the total connectedness of the past has been completely inspiring to me. The best part of the films is my parents' wedding in 1964. In the footage is my grandfather who passed when I was 12 years old. To see him moving around is unbelievably precious to me, as well as seeing my great grandfather who I never knew. These are simply amazing and simply endearing.

I have been inspired lately by the blue of the sky - so beautiful on an (almost) spring day. The warm weather here - 86 today - and the light breeze. I can't help but be inspired by God's creations!

I'm inspired by some new friends! So lucky to have them in my life!

The most inspiring thing to me right now is the Jessica Sprague class that a friend and I are taking. We are in Digi in Deep and just took the first lesson today. When you think you already know a lot about a program, and than take a class...wow! What a learning curve!

I am inspired by my son with Asperger's Syndrome. He gets up everyday and goes to school. Nothing is easy for him. The things that I assume are easy ruin his day. I am inspired by him. He is one of my angels!

I've spent the past week unpacking my craft room boxes. I packed it up 10 months ago and it's been sitting in storage the whole time. Now that we've moved across the country, bought a house, and gotten our stuff, it's so inspiration to be forced to look at everything I own! I'm purging, finding stuff I haven't seen in forever, and truly inspired to create with what I already have.

My hubby is inspiring me lately. We've embarked on a weight loss/get healthy journey together and it's working! We feel better every day and are inspired to get back into our hobbies - mine is scrapping of course!!

My Family is my inspiration lately. They help me get through it all.

As always my kids inspire me. I am at that point in life when it is so rewarding to sit back and watch as they make their own way through the world. My son is in graduate school and my daughter is a junior in college. And they are really making their way!

I'm inspired by the view out my office window... Downtown Los Angeles a few miles away. Every day it looks different because of the light, the clouds, the smog, etc. Reminds me there are a million different ways to look at the same thing.
