I'm inspired by sunshine and the hope for Spring.

What inspires me...the funny things my children say and do. I love scrapbooking the every day things that we will forget in a few months let alone a few years from now!

I haven't been doing recently as it would appear my mojo has up and left me. In the past I have been inspired by the children around be and just the simple things in life.

I am inspired by the snow we received this week. All winter - we have hardly any snow and then March comes in like a lion and we here in Northern VA received 6-8 inches.

Watching my son grow and learn how to talk...that inspires me. :)

Lately, I've been inspired just by the stories I want to tell. I've let go of perfect pictures or the perfect paper.
it's fun to let the story rule.

I've been inspired by my Vegetarian Times magazine lately! ... tasty & healthy dishes to make at home w/ local ingredients!!

lately the the most inspiring thing I have noticed are the rich green hills on my way to work every morning! I still have to pinch myself that I live where I do!

Inspiring?
- blooms pushing through the cold dirt
- the little green leaf buds poking out of the branches
- my daughter trying to convince me she is a princess, not a girl
- my son learning to count in toddler-ese
- the sunshine and birdsongs

Getting to spend a week with a outrageously creative group of creative friends powers my inspiration. We spent time in Historic, Savannah, Georgia. My friends, the buildings, the history and the amazing food got my mojo going. Kerry

anytime i need inspiration, i go to my LSS. the place is packed with all the latest and greatest in the scrapbooking world and all the ladies who work their are wonderful! it's everything i can do not to go in there and spend, spend, spend!

I love how they showcase new stuff with cute examples! Spring has sprung!! :)

I have asked my students to commit to writing each day for 31 days outside of school. I too am doing this and I have to say I have loved the sharing between themselves and joining in.
Today as one of my students and I were discussing his writing he said that I had done what no other teacher had, made him believe he is a writer.
My students inspire and give me hope each and everyday that we will make a difference in the world.

what's inspiring me...
the buds on the trees, the movement of my baby girl, the imagination of this sweet baby (big) boy of mine, and the magazines that are flowing into my home.

the RAIN . . . I am inspired to stay indoors and clean and read and scrap and knit and visit and just simply BE.
It is Mother Nature's way of freshening up the world outside and telling us all to slow down a bit and chill.

Lately, inspiration has come from all the cutting back we've had to do. We've found creative ways to do so many things with so much less. It's a challenge, but it can also be fun.

This post inspired me to think about what inspires me lately. Thanks!

I am inspired by Photoshop right now. Had a blast putting together a photo montages for each player on my son's hockey team. It was a challenge to figure out the layers, but once I was done, I was thrilled with the results.

I just signed up for my first half-marathon. I'm excited and scared and above all MOTIVATED! This year my word is Embrace and I'm going for it.
