I love the play list in your baby album. It reminded me of the song I sang to my first when he came home from the hospital. It has been playing in my ear ever since....Three Little Birds by Bob Marley!
Good luck to all,
Leora

Anything by the band, Northern Room, that my dd (19) and I followed for several years. I especially like, "We're On Fire" and "Sweet Lord."
You can find their music on itunes, Amazon or Youtube. This band was destined for such big things, but unfortunately broke up last November. Thankfully their soul, passion and amazing talent lives on in their music.
My dd and I have sooo many great memories from attending their concerts and getting to know them personally.
I wish more of you could hear and love their music!

One of my favorite favorite songs is the song "Mind over Matter" from the soundtrack of the movie Summer School. It is a GREAT song but not available on iTunes which makes me sad. You can see the music video on You Tube and I still have it on casette...

My girls have been into Fergie lately, so we seem to have her on more than anything these days. Singing and dancing while we still watch it snow outside! Hurry up spring! I would rather be listening to the music of the birds while outside in the yard!

My favorite song right now is an oldie... When We Was Fab by George Harrison. He was very talented... dont think he ever got enough credit while he was alive.

The most beautiful song in the world to me...Hey Jude by the Beatles. I have always enjoyed it, but it took on a special meaning to me when I heard it on the way to my OB/GYN appt (I remember vividly: beautiful spring day, turned it waaaay up and rolled down the windows). I found out I was pregnant - with twins! I will never listen to that song again without remembering the significance of that day.

Have you seen Titanic (who hasn't?!!??!). Remember the steerage party band? They are an actual band called Gaelic Storm and they are AMAZING! Hands down my favorite scrappin music, house cleaning music, driving the car music. Even my 22 month old son is in on the action, clapping away and bopping to the beat. If I HAVE to pick one favorite, it would be Kelly's Wellies off the "Bring Your Wellies" album. It's about a poor Irish kid who didn't have money for real shoes so he just cut down his winter wellies to look like shoes. The moral of the story-if you've got confidence and style, it clothes you better than expensive clothes! Seriously, even if you don't like "traditional" Irish music, these folks will change your minds!!! AND I GET TO SEE THEM AGAIN TOMORROW NIGHT!!!! YEA!!!!! Tractor Tavern Seattle, here I come!! Sing for me Twigger, sing!

Hi. My favorite song is "Stop the Train" by John Mayer and it's about getting old. If you stop and listen to the lyrics, it is pretty good. Take care!
