Simplify 101 • one person will receive a spot in the online workshop Organize Your Paper Clutter with Aby Garvey
Paper, paper everywhere! That paper mountain growing on your countertop
represents a loss of freedom, a loss of control, and a nagging feeling
in your gut that something important isn’t getting attended to. Your
paper, and the feelings it creates, makes it hard to relax, focus or
even have fun.
Here’s
the good news: there is a better way! With the right paper organizing
systems in place—those created with you, your paper, and your home in
mind—you can free yourself from paper clutter and the stress that comes
along with it. In Organize Your Paper Clutter, you’ll learn a
step-by-step process on how to decide if you need a piece of paper (and
for how long!) and how to organize it so you’ll find it again right
when you need it! Your piles (and your stress!) will be replaced by
organizing systems you love, and feelings of confidence, relief and
peace of mind!
Start date: Tuesday, April 21, 2009
End date: Tuesday, June 9, 2009
Registration status: open!
Read more specific details for the workshop here.

Right now I am reading the Alchemist. I am really enjoying the boys journey through his perceived desires. It is a hard one to explain, but a really good read. I am becoming even more grateful for my very blessed life. And am getting more and more comfortable with my feelings of satisfaction with my life. I like where I am. I like my life. I like me. This book confirms this for me.

A good book ... it seems like awhile since I've picked up a book. The last one I read was part of the twilight series which I didn't really enjoy. You're making me think to hard for a long day ... let's see, I would recommend Richard Bach's books - one, jonathan livingston seagull or illusions. Simple yet compelling.

My most favoritist book of all time is Mansfield Park. I have read it at least a dozen times and never get sick of it. I am a big fan of classics and all of Jane Austen's books, but for some reason, this one especially speaks to me.

Oh, favorite book. Can't believe I'm drawing a blank. Must be because it seems the only books I've been reading lately are the ones for my 9 year old daughter's book club. Books I've loved: J.D Salinger 9 stories, Catcher in the Rye, really liked Eat, Pray, Love. Thanks for the opportunity to win and the daily inspiration!

I just finished a series of 4 books by Eoin Colfer, the Artemis Fowl series. My 12 yr old son is also reading them and we are having a great time talking about the characters!
These are fun, whimsical tales that are easy to read and hard to put down. Brodie even took them on a road trip with dad and read the whole way even though he had his PSP (game system) in the car.
Go here to hear Eoin's really cool Irish accent and to see what he is up to more recently:

my favourite book is the bible. No matter what situation i am facing or how i am feeling, when i dip in there, i know there is comfort, love, and encouragement to be found. God's Word has helped me through many storms of life and has given me hope when i thought none existed.

Ali,
one of my favorite books is "A Tree Grows in Brooklyn". I just love that book. I just recently read two Jodi Piccoult books and I enjoyed them. I read mostly non fiction and I just read The World is Flat and it was interesting. I am all over the place when I read - can you tell? I would LOVE to win the organization giveaway.......I need it! Kisses to the kids.

Recently finished 'Outliers' by M. Gladwell. My favorite quote from his book is, "Practice isn't the thing you do once you're good, it's the thing you do that makes you good."
This was a great question....got loads of ideas for the next read.
Hope is was a great day!
Always,
Sara

I'm an avid reader and go through quite a few books. Lately, though, my favorite book is called Raving Fans. It's a short book written in story format about Excelling at Customer Service. None of the information in it is new concepts, but it was nice to be reminded.
