Simplify 101 • one person will receive a spot in the online workshop Organize Your Paper Clutter with Aby Garvey
Paper, paper everywhere! That paper mountain growing on your countertop
represents a loss of freedom, a loss of control, and a nagging feeling
in your gut that something important isn’t getting attended to. Your
paper, and the feelings it creates, makes it hard to relax, focus or
even have fun.
Here’s
the good news: there is a better way! With the right paper organizing
systems in place—those created with you, your paper, and your home in
mind—you can free yourself from paper clutter and the stress that comes
along with it. In Organize Your Paper Clutter, you’ll learn a
step-by-step process on how to decide if you need a piece of paper (and
for how long!) and how to organize it so you’ll find it again right
when you need it! Your piles (and your stress!) will be replaced by
organizing systems you love, and feelings of confidence, relief and
peace of mind!
Start date: Tuesday, April 21, 2009
End date: Tuesday, June 9, 2009
Registration status: open!
Read more specific details for the workshop here.

Ooh, I love this category! My all-time favorite book is Pride and Prejudice - you can't go wrong with Jane Austen. My favorite book to gift and recommend is The Time Traveller's Wife by Audrey Niffenegger. She weaves a beautiful story - I couldn't put it down!

My favorite book as of late is The Secret Life of Bees. BUT, because I am such an avid reader, I could probably name at least 50 books that I consider my favorite. The Bees is just the one that popped into my head at this moment.

I think my favorite book of all time is The Little Engine That Could. My mother read this book to me over and over when I was a child. I attribute my "can do" attitude to this book. Current favorites are Water for Elephants and Twyla Tharp's The Creative Habit.

Well, I loved every Harry Potter and reread them all the time. But I think I love the Mitford series by Jan Karon best of all time. It's just totally charming.

I won't say Twilight, though I was totally addicted to the series. I will say The History of Love by Nicole Krauss because I think just about anyone would enjoy that book. Who doesn't LOVE a book about LOVE?

I never win anything, so I'm not expecting that to change, but I'll leave a comment w/my fave book anyway...it would be "Love, Rosie" by Cecelia Ahern. She also wrote PS I love you, which was way better than the movie.
