Simplify 101 • one person will receive a spot in the online workshop Organize Your Paper Clutter with Aby Garvey
Paper, paper everywhere! That paper mountain growing on your countertop
represents a loss of freedom, a loss of control, and a nagging feeling
in your gut that something important isn’t getting attended to. Your
paper, and the feelings it creates, makes it hard to relax, focus or
even have fun.
Here’s
the good news: there is a better way! With the right paper organizing
systems in place—those created with you, your paper, and your home in
mind—you can free yourself from paper clutter and the stress that comes
along with it. In Organize Your Paper Clutter, you’ll learn a
step-by-step process on how to decide if you need a piece of paper (and
for how long!) and how to organize it so you’ll find it again right
when you need it! Your piles (and your stress!) will be replaced by
organizing systems you love, and feelings of confidence, relief and
peace of mind!
Start date: Tuesday, April 21, 2009
End date: Tuesday, June 9, 2009
Registration status: open!
Read more specific details for the workshop here.

Tough call! But I'd probably go for Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen. There's so much fun in it, a few tears, and the love story is believable - and mmmm, Mr Darcy!!
PS So sorry if this is a duplicate post - my first didn't seem to work properly so I'm trying again, but please disregard this one if it's a repeat!

How to pick one book? I can't. I just finished reading Molly Wizenberg's Homemade Life and loved it. I'm a mystery fan and enjoyed Cara Black's Murder in the Latin Quarter. I am currently poking around for my next engaging read and am going to use these comments to find it!

Right now, I am reading one of Charlaine Harris's series - the Sookie Stackhouse novels. This particular genre is way out of the normal for me, but I saw them featured on a couple of blogs and decided to try them out. They are very entertaining. She can make you laugh one minute and scare you to death the next.

I love any Michael Crichton book but particularly the Jurassic Park series...compelling sci-fi with an edge of what if...the books are way better than the movies.

I'm not a big reader because in my spare time I craft. But one book I enjoy is Sun Signs. It's a book about horoscopes. It is written in such a cute and comical way (not a serious take on signs at all) that it is really fun to read.
I sure love those camera straps and have enjoyed the little snapshots into your life with little Anna.

I loved the Secret Life of Bees! I'm excited to get the Kindle I just won on ebay. It's got 25 books already on it...most are books I've been wanting to read. I thought it would be handy for traveling although I have mixed feeling about not holding paper in my hands. We'll see...

My favorite book is "The Little Prince" by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry. It reminds me to look at the world with childlike wonder. Every time I read it, I reassess what is important in my life.

My favorite book is FOR SURE To Kill A Mockingbird. I'm an enormous Harry Potter fan as well (named my boy after Harry J!) but To Kill A Mockingbird is for sure just the best book ever written.

My favorite book is an old, old one by Hammond Innes. He was an English author I found in the '70's. The book (one of many he wrote ) is" Campbell's Kindom" about a man who overcomes many different problems but doesn't even know that he is extraordinary. Gives me hope every time I read it.
